I've had PD since my days back in Ohio. I really appreciated the handling of my garage door issue. Tom was on time which is almost unheard of for so many business's today. Tom the technician called me to tell me he had a cancellation and could he come sooner. I agreed and he arrived as promised with all his tools and supplies needed to repair my garage door. He was professional and very polite and friendly. He explained what had to be done and the cost. He replaced the broken springs and did all the adjustments in about a hour. I was very impressed with his knowledgeable and technical skills. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage door…..

I used Precision door once before and was extremely pleased so I knew it would be done properly. The tech was very good and nice to talk to. He fixed the problem with the small door very quickly. We have a recent installed Precision garage door. The door suddenly starting making the most screeching sound and we let Precision know. An appointment was made and the service repair person arrived. The man (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) also gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. We need a bottom seal for our garage door. Called Precision and got an appointment right away. The technician, Mike, called to let us know he was 10 minutes out from our home. He was on time, looked at the door, and then explained what needed to be done and provided us the cost. He worked quickly and provided great service. Would highly recommend the company and our technician, Mike!! Since the door seal was not listed in the purchase list, we selected cables.

Finally, a company not more interested in upselling me than simply repairing the garage door. This follows 4 companies that would not, or could not, do a simple repair. I previously had your company install a overhead door equipment to include the motor, springs, hinges where needed, rollers etc. The charge was $1558.95 The technician did a good job and charged me a reasonable price. Today, I requested Precision Service for a bracket that had pulled lose from the door, the main bracket that opens and closes the door. I was very irritated by the $160 charged for replacing a bracket.....probably a $15 part, and it took him about a half hour and charged me$160 for that portion.....and the more insulting part was after he quoted me the price to replace the bracket, he said and the Service Call was $70,99 for a total of $239,99 for a half hour of work and a very simple part. I will not be using Precision Garage Door again. I don't mind paying for service, but I do mind being ripped off.
