My door broke about 9:30 last night. Precision answered my call and scheduled a service call right then and there. Mark was professional, kind and very honest in his assessment. He installed my needed repairs (springs, rollers and cables) in little over an hour. I am a very satisfied customer.

Precision Door Service provides professional and quick service. Lee, who serviced the door was very knowledgeable and professional. I called on a Saturday morning with an issue and to my surprise, a very pleasant receptionist took my information and provided me with a time frame of arrival for repair, the same day. Second great experience with Precision Door. The tech today - Alex - was on time, friendly, and professional. Not only did he quickly program some new remotes for me, but he took the time to answer questions and explain some things about the motor, door, and sensors. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Ian was a great installer. That being said I would never use precision again because they charged almost double for what was replaced.compared to others in the area. Paid $570.00 for two springs replaced. Cost of springs around $50.00 each, so 100.00 in parts. $470.00 for install is a bit much to say the least. I’m in IT so will post all over and everywhere so people will know who NOT to use. Unless I hear from owner with some sort of explanation and or discount. Will wait until the 15th to go forward. Reputation is everything so please reach out.

Please be advised that I paid $355.00 for the repair to the motor and key pad. I am not using my garage door because I am afraid I will not be able to get my car our. and I cannot get my car in, unless I come into the house open the door from inside, drive the car in and close it from inside.

Cane down for a quick stay and found the door not operating. Seth came out the next morning and fixed the door in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Needed a new drive belt. I gave it a 4 because although the technician did a great job the cost was a bit high. Just short of $300 to replace a drive belt seem a bit high by $50 - $75 dollars.

Tech, came out, I explained the problem, He said lets try a new remote. Pulled a new remote out of the box, hit the learn button on the opener, would not program, said you need a new door opener. I said how much, and he said $569.00 installed. I said let me think about it, he said okay and left. Sent me an invoice for $69.95. Was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. I checked with D&D garage door and they could install a new door opener for $325.00. Also said they could send a tech to fix my current door opener. I said, interesting. I checked with home depot and found a brand new Genie garage door opener just like the one I had for $205.00. I opted for the opener from Home Depot. I'm pretty sick of company's trying to rip people off. My advice is to shop around. Thanks, Paul

tHEY CAME EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME. IT WAS AN EASY FIX DONE QUICKLY. AT FIRST SOME COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS AS TO THE ORIGINAL INSTALLERS ....BUT ITS FIXED AND THAT'S WHAT WE NEEDED....THANKS FOR BEING QUICK ON THE RESPONSE!
