I called and had the springs replaced less than a year ago. Those springs had a one year warranty. Alex did a great job when he installed them. After a few months when the garage door went up is kept falling down about six inches. This caused us to hit the down button twice every time we opened it. I called to have the springs adjusted and was told it might be $49. I agreed. The tech showed up and said it wasn't covered and now would be $79. I agreed. The tech literally spent 2min with 2 quarter turns of a spring and told me the cost was now $129. This was a complete money grab. Probably wont use again. Not a good way to keep a return customer.

We had an emergency with our garage door and we called to have it looked at. Within 24hours we had an appointment and Alex was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as incredibly friendly. Door was repaired within 30 minutes and he gave us great advise on how to keep it in great shape. Would definitely deal with Precision for all our garage door needs going forward!

quick and good service, can complain about it, but I will recommend to get better communication when talking with the customer and send a quick estimate by email with the appointment confirmation to explain better the price or cost of the repair or service.

I found you online and you had a ad online for free service call.When the tech arrived he gave me a price with the service call included.I told him that the service call was for free if you mention it when they arrive.He said ok so he added 49.99 to the price he gave me and then deducted it .False Advertising big time.It took him 12 mins to do the job for $245.00

The tchnician was supposed to come between monsoon and 4 pm, that was the time we agreed upon/. He got here earlier, I was not home. He did nothing except charge us $ 49.95 and left. What else do tyou want to know..... NO service was performed......

I'm sorry you feel no service was performed but the technician found no problems with your door. Your technician did a full inspection and made a recommendation of replacing your spring and offered pricing for our spring options and a center bearing, but was told no. We charge a service on every trip and that is stated at the time the appointment is booked. But the technician did what he is trained to- make recommendations and provide an inspection. Sorry you feel you did not receive any value, but should you need service in the future give us a call and we will waive the service call with any repairs done.

Alex Reich was the technician who came out to service us. Very attentive and helpful! He explained everything in terms easy to understand. We had to purchase new springs and rollers. Alex did and excellent job in no time and also showed me how to lubricate the parts of the garage door that need lubrication 2 or 3 times a year. I definitely recommend this company... ask for Alex Reich!
