Being a service technician in a trade myself I feel I’m extra critical when I hire a company to do work for me. I provide quality work with fair and honest pricing to my customers so I expect the same from a company I hire. Well let me tell you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did not disappoint me! Same day service and a VERY reasonable service charge to come out. Alex R arrived on time, was very friendly, and very professional. He quoted me a price that was literally hundreds of dollars less than what I was expecting. He even informed me that they were running a special and he was going to waive the $49.00 service fee since I hired them to make the repair. He replaced both cables, inspected every bit of hardware, fully lubricated all the springs, hinges and rollers and made any needed adjustments. I was so pleased with the service and pricing that I went ahead and payed to have the seal along the bottom of the door replaced also. It’s good to know there are still great companies like this around with great techs like Alex! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and will definitely use them for all my garage door needs in the future!

You are terrific! I admit it. I first called the company that serviced my garage door last year, but they were not able to schedule me for two full days. They provided no emergency service. Realize, the mechanism that allows the door to operate had detached; there was no way for me to get my car out of the garage and out to an appointment the following afternoon. I called you and was offered an appointment later in the evening but opted, instead, for an appointment the next morning. Mark arrived at the scheduled time and explained precisely what was needed to make the repair; moreover, he showed me how to maintain all the moving parts and gave me the lubricant that should be used. I was very pleased that with these new parts, my garage door is now operating quietly. Most important, I have no fear of the door being dropped on me. Many thanks to Mark for coming to my rescue. Incidentally, both springs and rollers were replaced.

This is the fourth time I have used Precision. The other times were in Connecticut. I was happy with the past work, thought I would give it a try again. I wanted a Lift Master opener. Mark called, arrived early (like that) gave me pricing, for the opener. I wanted a tune up and also nylon wheels. Gave me a complete price as I requested. He was cordial, friendly, completed the work in a timely fashion and did me a favor and helped program the remote I have in the visor of my car. I am pleased with the service, experience and our service rep. Mark. Would recommend Precision to anybody interested....

I called and had the springs replaced less than a year ago. Those springs had a one year warranty. Alex did a great job when he installed them. After a few months when the garage door went up is kept falling down about six inches. This caused us to hit the down button twice every time we opened it. I called to have the springs adjusted and was told it might be $49. I agreed. The tech showed up and said it wasn't covered and now would be $79. I agreed. The tech literally spent 2min with 2 quarter turns of a spring and told me the cost was now $129. This was a complete money grab. Probably wont use again. Not a good way to keep a return customer.
