My GD opener hardwired in hasn't worked in a year, and we had to manually open/close basically leaving my house open to intruders. My mother had Travis fix 2 doors at her duplex two days ago...he didn't try to sell her a COMPLETE replacement of everything, like another company did and a handyman said she would need. Because of her great experience, I called for service too. Tyler called when he was on the way, and was FABULOUS. He did explain that eventually I would need a new GD opener because mine is a 12 year old Big Box purchase installed by my father and there's A LOT going wrong, but he just gave me information and didn't push a sale. He went above and beyond to fix what I needed, basically saved me with Hurricane season coming up. In a few months when I can afford to replace my opener entirely, I will definitely he calling and requesting Tyler be my technician! Between myself and my mom, two very happy ladies...great service from start to finish! Easy scheduling, great customer service, awesome techs!

Technician (Lee) arrived at the promised time, inspected the garage door components, and provided an estimate. He had the broken spring and worn bearing replaced within an hour. He was most professional and courteous in answering questions. We called Precision because they had done a previous repair years ago and left their sticker on the garage door. Glad they did.

We were please with the original job fixing our springs on our garage door. Today they came out and fixed a drum that was off balanced. Very friendly and honored our warranty without even asking. We are very happy with this company and the great people that work for them.

He assessed the problem quickly, told me the cost and went to work on the problem. I will not hesitate to tell others about Precision Door Service and I will use no others. I had a new opener installed by Tyler today. He showed up on time and after he gave me an inspection of my old opener and garage door I. Chose to have a new opener installed. I felt that the quote was vary reasonable. He then went Into work mode and in a few hours he had the job done right. He even helped my wife set up the wi go. He was great to work with. The door and opener are like new and. very quiet.

The tech. called and was able to come earlier in the day than scheduled which worked out fine. The problem turned out to be faulty remotes. He sold me a new and it now works fine and he was gone in under 10 minutes. Very nice guy and pleasant to work with

I have had intermittent issues with my old garage door opener so I contacted Precision for help. Within 48 hours they installed a new opener and rollers. SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER!
