I had a new opener installed by Tyler today. He showed up on time and after he gave me an inspection of my old opener and garage door I. Chose to have a new opener installed. I felt that the quote was vary reasonable. He then went Into work mode and in a few hours he had the job done right. He even helped my wife set up the wi go. He was great to work with. The door and opener are like new and. very quiet.

I have had intermittent issues with my old garage door opener so I contacted Precision for help. Within 48 hours they installed a new opener and rollers. SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER! Absolutely great job, Justin and his partner showed up earlier than they were supposed to came prepared Did the work professionally cleaned up everything showed me how to use everything stayed until They were sure that I knew what I was doing and they shook my hand gave me a card just in case there were future questions and pulled out. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor at any home I’ve ever owned. If you need garage door work you need to call these guys don’t look anywhere else. Technician (Lee) arrived at the promised time, inspected the garage door components, and provided an estimate. He had the broken spring and worn bearing replaced within an hour. He was most professional and courteous in answering questions. We called Precision because they had done a previous repair years ago and left their sticker on the garage door. Glad they did.
