We discovered a broken torsion spring on a Sunday night, trapping our 2 cars in the garage. I used the online appointment request and also called the 24/7 number. Charity did a great job getting me scheduled for Monday morning. Justin arrived on time (called to let me know he was on the way), had a terrific customer friendly attitude, and did a great job replacing the springs and performing basic maintenance on the door. 5 stars for sure, thanks guys!

I agree with the other reviews about Jason. Jason arrived within an hour of our phone call and is very polite and thorough exploring potential problems our intermittent problem. Unfortunately he couldn't witness the problem occurring despite it happening at least 5 times in the past couple weeks including earlier today. Frustrating that we can't prove that it is happening unless he or someone else from Precision can observe it. We can't take a video unless it occurs multiple times in a row and we have time to take possibly take a video of it happening to be covered under warranty.

On Monday Justin was my service technician, he was great! He called before arrival, quickly analyzed the situation and offered me several options, then replaced my garage door motor in less than an hour! My new motor is so quiet you can’t hear it while inside the house, I love it. Also, the array of price points offered for replacement were many and much lower than I expected.
