Never used your company but see your ads on TV and thought of your company first. From the initial call through completion the service was very professional and the technician kept me informed during the evaluation and diagnosis process. I was not at home when repairs were made but felt comfortable that I was being properly and accurately informed. I highly recommend Precision and felt that was I paid was very fair!

As a new owner I wanted our non-working garage door opener fixed and a recommendation on replacing the door. Mark came early because he was in our area, and worked very quickly. He replaced the old rollers and got rid of the old code system, fixed the opener and gave us new remotes. We are very pleased with the fast response, excellent work and reasonableness of the cost.

My car was locked in the garage when the spring went. I called Precision and they told me the next day. However when she heard the panic in my voice she checked for a cancelation and had Gaetano there within hours. Recently moving to a new home in Florida I had Precision install 2 new garage door openers, job went well. I then hired them replace two garage doors with what they call their BEST hurricane door. After my doors were removed they opened the packaging for their BEST door and I saw the back side being nothing but metal beams. I have never seen a door like this and asked what the problem was they told me it was not insulated so I told them I wanted to change to insulated. The installer called his office and from what I could hear they were yelling at him for having me change my mind. So with my original doors already down I let them install what they had. When I signed my receipt I wrote in the comment section requesting a call, I went to their site and requested a call. Lastly I received an e-mail from Andrew Sell saying "If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation." So I replied to his email asking for a call and again no response. Overall the installers were fine but you never get a response back when you have an issue. They just charge your card and move on. My motherin law used you. It was sun so no parts stores were open. It says same day service. Girl on phone said they couldnt get her till mon between 10-12. I called at 1215 to find out when guy was going to get here. Different girl answered and said they have 4 hr window. If i knew that i would have gotten springs and done it myself. Good thing no cars were in garage!!!!! Your people were pleasant. Installer was quick. I think you should give a discount if you advertise same day service and then cant deliver , As i called about 1400 when i got back from church. Thats all.

Mark arrived on time and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We talked for a few minutes to review my door issues and then he went right to work on his estimate. Mark suggested some general maintenance needed on the door as we discussed the estimate. With agreement from me, Mark started the needed repairs and he was done before I knew it. With the work completed , Mark explained everything he did that day and also discussed potential concerns he found with the opener in the future. I was very pleased with Mark and will be sure to call Precision for any future garage door repairs
