We had an exceptional service call on a Sunday afternoon no less last week. Technician was great, personable , professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough service with careful explanation provided and suggested some future follow-ups. Cost of service call was very reasonable .

Outstanding service! My garage doors are old and in generally sad shape, but the thing that got me to call for service was the motor on one of them finally failed. Precision was out at my house the very next morning. Fischer was very courteous and professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and he did it in record time. Wish I could say the same about my doctors. I would definitely work with this company again anytime!

Justin showed up right on time and proceeded to give me 3 options for replacing our 12 year old door opener. He explained the benefits of the 3 and after making my choice he was able to complete the job in 2 hours. He then took the time to set up the myQ app on my phone which allows me use the opener remotely I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price. How FORTUNATE to get Justin as my door tech twice!! Besides looking like Josh Groban, he was professional, informative, and personable!! After I used them last year for a breakdown, I was trying to avoid another due to age and wear and tear! Justin was no pressure, gave me an estimate, and didn’t try to ram a sales down my throat!! I definitely will be calling Precision to remodel my garage door in the bit so far future!! These guys are A GREAT COMPANY!!!!

Had Doug Mason come to our house and he fixed out springs, rollers, and door seal. Was more than pleased with his service, care, and explanation of what was happening. He worked with me and my wife to explain what was going wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very thankful!!!

They responded quickly to our repair needs. Justin was right on time. As for the cost aspect, it seemed a bit high to replace my springs . I have had them replaced before at our previous house and it was around 450. It cost 600 today. Good company but you might want to shop around for a lower price as it was definitely on the high side.

We had used Precision previously for a new garage door and were very satisfied with their work. We contacted the office on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get an appointment the next day. Brian Fixter was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He gave us options, answered questions and installed the new garage opener. Brian is a great communicator who takes pride in his work. He did a fantastic job and the new opener is super quiet. Brian is an excellent technician and an asset to your staff!

He took care of lubricating the springs and rollers. Within an hour my door sounded so much better/quieter. A spring broke on our garage door last night, essentially locking my car in the garage. We called Precision last evening. The customer service rep did a good job taking the information, put us on the schedule for today, and gave us a time to expect the technician. The technician was on time, accurately described the problem and provided several solutions with complete explanations. The work was completed in record time, and all is well with our opener and door. I was impressed with Precision from the initial call to the completed job. I felt the cost for the quality of the work and materials was fair, and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

From the moment I called Precision Door on Monday, 9/25 to schedule an appt. I knew that I had made the right choice. Sheree was very thorough with my call and extremely courteous. Precision Door had availability that day, but I chose to have the appt for Wed., 9/27. This appt was for my 93 yr father. Appt. time was scheduled for/between 2:00-6:00. At 1:30, I received a call from Brian, the Service Tech saying he will be at my dad's by 2:00. Novell idea to be on time....Amazing!!! Brian should be cloned for his professionalism, attention to detail and amazing customer service. He explained to us the options, we decided and within 1.5 hours, the job was complete. Brian had a challenge since my dad's garage door opener, remotes, outside key pad and sensors were 20 years old!! I am in the customer service industry and find that it is SO important to give recognition where and when due. Thank you again for everyone who had a part in this. I will refer, refer and refer.
