After the original garage door installer (D&D Garage Doors) failed to solve my problem, I did some research that lead me to Precision — a BBB-accredited company with several positive reviews. I called Precision, answered several questions and was told someone would check my garage door within the next 4 hours. Matt, the service technician, arrived within 3 hours, after calling 15 minutes ahead of time. He quickly assessed the damage, estimated the cost of repairs, saying it should take about an hour to fix. I agreed to the terms, especially as the service call would be free if I produced a coupon. Matt arrived the next day as promised and completed the work in exactly one hour. He was very professional, helped program the system with my security code and made sure I knew how to change the bulb in the control unit. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

The technician arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do. I left him alone to do the install. As he was alone I thought he would be all day as he had to replace the wood. By early afternoon he was finished. A very thorough and professional installation. We have been loyal to another company, but this week - - approaching the July 4 holiday - we had a garage door spring break on our double door. We contacted other company and got no response. I wanted a company to inspect and perform maintenance on my garage door (8 years old). The scheduling process was exceptionally easy and fast. I set an appointment within 15 minutes between the initial email and a few texts. Matt called beforehand, arrived on time and inspected the door, springs et al as requested. He provided me with some options and pricing (which I found acceptable). He was great, took care of the maintenance I asked for. I am happy and feel comfortable with the service. I would recommend Precision and have already passed their number along to some neighbors.

My free estimate appointment was scheduled for a window between 12 pm to 4 pm for June 12th. Seth showed up at 12:05 pm. He was very professional and friendly. He went over the full process on the installation of my new garage door. He then went over the cost, including the door and the other materials, including the permit that would be needed. My new door will be installed on Monday, June 17th, and I am so looking forward to it. I can see why this company is so highly rated. I look forward to giving you another great review after my door is installed on Monday.

I needed a spring & cable replacement. The price the repair was 4 times higher than the ball park verbal estimate provided by the office over the phone, $140-$250 per set for springs and $79 service call fee. HOWEVER, I can't speak highly enough about the technician, Brian Fixter. He didn't try to oversell me, very professional, courteous and didn't apply any high pressure tactics. He replaced the rollers, springs and cables. Overall good experience.

Have been relying on Precision for about 10 years for annual maintenance and other work (e.g.,had new door opener installed last year). I was most impressed with your organization. I called at about 1:45 today, Thursday, 30th of May and was informed that I would have someone over today, between the hours of 2 to 6 p.m. I received a call at about 2:30 from the service tech to come over and repair my garage door that was not working. Precision Garage Door gave me fantastic service. I needed my garage door springs replaced. They broke this past Saturday and I could not get the car out of the garage. I called Precision this Monday per my wife's recommendation from their commercials on TV. I was glad I called them. The girl I talked to at Precision understood my immediate need to get the door fixed and she set me up with an appointment for Monday afternoon. The technician that arrived for the service work was Nick. There was no doubt that he was the best and knew exactly how to get me going again. Unfortunately the springs on my double garage door were an odd ball size and Nick did not have them on the truck and the office was not sure if they even had them. Nick assured me that if a pair could not be located, Precision would make me a set themselves. I got a call this am from a nice girl at precision that told me that the gentleman who would make me a set found some at the warehouse. Shortly after this call I got an email from Precision notifying me that Nick would be back out today to install them. Nick was beyond a doubt the best service technician I ever had service any of my garage doors. He was polite, knowledgable, great work habits and was committed to making me happy with Precision's service. From the girl who set up my appointments, to the spring maker who searched for a replacement set of springs, to Nick who made things happen and did a great job.
