Gaetano was amazing and saved the day. A power surge hit my garage door opener so it no longer worked. I called precision and they dispatched Gaetano. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the circuit board needing replaced. I love the honesty and ethics as they could have easily said it was the whole motor rather than just a part charging double but they did not. He was also an excellent trainer teaching a newer technician along the way. They were in an out within 30 mins replacing the circuit board, programming my remotes and cleaning/disinfecting everything before they left. Thank you for the great service guys. You saved the day.

Your technician, Gaetano, has been to our home several times. He has installed garage doors, door openers, synchronized remote openers and installed keypads for opening and closing the doors. I am 80 yrs old and I find $250 each for springs to be very high when your cost is &50..I know everyone has to make a profit I just thought the price of your springs was very high. From the initial call to the final repair everyone at Precision Garage Door was professional and courteous. Brian the service technician was on time and once he diagnosted the problem patiently explained my 3 options and the cost of each option to complete the repair.
