Brian called ahead and arrived early. He troubleshot the problem that I should have been able to diagnose on my own--taking my garbage cans out of the garage, I no doubt bumped the electric eye and knocked it off kilter. He was gracious enough not to point out that a similar blunder had occasioned his last visit. We are very satisfied with your product, and both the service Brian has provided and his unfailing courtesy.

Your service person was professional, polite and informative. He finished quickly. In retrospect I am a little concerned with the over all price. However replacing the springs is NOT a task I would want to tackel.

the techs that came to my home to install the new garage door were awesome, one was in training status and i do not think he could have had a better instructor, his knowledge about the install and how it was handled was a great relief to me, I had a new roof added and the whole experience was a nightmare, your techs gave me renewed faith about having a company do work on my home. First class, professional service for the replacement of my remote garage door system. All precautions taken and respect for the social distancing order. Everything wiped down after work. Technicians were wearing gloves and masks. I have, in the past, gotten excellent recommendtions from Precision Door Service when problems arose with my very old garage door. I called Precision on Thursday night after hearing my garage door spring break. An appointment was promptly set up for the following day. The service technician called 20 minutes prior to arriving alert me to their arrival. They arrived on time wearing protective facemasks and immediately explained the safety measures they would be taking during their time at my residence. After inspecting the job, my repair options were explained to me and all my questions/concerns were fully answered. The repairs and other adjustments were completed in about an hour. Now I have the quietest garage door in the neighborhood. The telephone customer service representative was professional, courteous and efficient. The technicians were amazing. They knew what they had to do and it did perfectly. I complement them not only on their work ethic, but also on the professional/courteous manner in which they served me. This was five star service for sure.

Called for a failure of remotes to activate garage door down. Paid $350 for spraying springs and rollers. DID NOT repair the original problem! VERY VERY UNHAPPY and will never use you again. Ripped off!

Justin and Mike (?) [terrible with names!] did an outstanding job for me today. The door works wonderfully and I am so pleased to have this accomplished as I have been putting off for so long to address this long-overdue repair/replacement. When the door went kaput yesterday I had to act. The two gentlemen did a very professional job for me and saved me money with their honesty when I was told the door itself was fine as I just needed a new motor and spring (both completely shot due to age and wear and tear). THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of this trouble for me and the peace of mind it brings to know this job was done professionally and I shall enjoy a worry-free operation for some time to come.
