Started using Precision Overhead Garage Door several years back. We were impressed not only with their work and the knowledgeable service tech but that their prices were fair and they were able to come out right away. We've had to call them a couple of times in the last few years and as usual, they were excellent. I do like that the office lets you know not only the name of the service tech but send you a picture as well. We recommend them highly.

All I can say is this company is Awesome! Needed my garage door fixed and they came out that same day. The technician Gaotano was wonderful and very thorough. I had a problem shortly after it was installed and when I contacted them the same technician Gaitano returned and fixed the issue. Great company!

Precision was highly recommended in the NextDoor app from some of my neighbors and I can see why. Brian showed up on time and was able to determine the best solution for our golf cart garage door that had very low headroom. He gave us a couple of options that would work for us. Since our door is a custom size, he recommended that we replace the worn wheels so that we can prolong the life of the door. He was super polite and personable which made for a very nice experience for us. He swept up after completing the fabulous job that he did for us. He even checked the safety of our second garage door as a courtesy to us. I would highly recommend Precision as well as their installer Brian.

This was the second time I've contacted your organization for assistance regarding my garage door. The first was to install a garage door opener and this time was to fix a broken spring and hinge. Justin and Mike (?) [terrible with names!] did an outstanding job for me today. The door works wonderfully and I am so pleased to have this accomplished as I have been putting off for so long to address this long-overdue repair/replacement. When the door went kaput yesterday I had to act. The two gentlemen did a very professional job for me and saved me money with their honesty when I was told the door itself was fine as I just needed a new motor and spring (both completely shot due to age and wear and tear). THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of this trouble for me and the peace of mind it brings to know this job was done professionally and I shall enjoy a worry-free operation for some time to come. If I need anything concerning garage door work I shall call your company first in the future. I got a new motor and springs and remote and cable.

He troubleshot the problem that I should have been able to diagnose on my own--taking my garbage cans out of the garage, I no doubt bumped the electric eye and knocked it off kilter. He was gracious enough not to point out that a similar blunder had occasioned his last visit. We are very satisfied with your product, and both the service Brian has provided and his unfailing courtesy.
