Hello, being new to the Palmetto area we did not know who to get to fix our garage. After doing a Google search and read a ton of reviews we decided to go with Precision Garage Door. We were extremely pleased with our repair technician, Brian and his knowledge, workmanship and his attitude. He did a fantastic job and if we ever need our garage to be fixed again we will certainly go back to Precision Garage Door ( and ask for Brian). Great job and keep up the good work.

I do have to say that after seeing what was needed the tech called in to get the amount for a quote and it was almost double the price a neighbor paid for the same job with the same equipment within the last year! I made them aware of the difference and they matched the price my neighbor paid.

The service by your servicemen was excellent. Brian and his assistant arrived well within the time I was given. They were very pleasant and gave me an estimate. They began work right. Although there was much they had to do to repair my garage, they had it done in just a few hours and the garage door works perfectly. O highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair. GOD bless them for their excellent service.

Precision was able to repair our garage door within 24 hours of our calling them, arriving when scheduled (after calling in advance to confirm when they would be here). Their employee (Bret) was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He did a complete safety check of the garage door mechanism and replaced the gasket in less than 15 minutes. The price was reasonable, the service was great and the employee was terrific.

Other than a wide 4 hours time given for arrival,came about 2 /12 hrs after the initial 10 am. Otherwise work was performed quickly and professionally after explanation of problem. Have use Precesion since 2016.

This is the second time using Precision and I love them even more. It was easy to make an appointment, I got a confirming e-mail with a picture of my repairman. Brian Fixter did an outstanding job on our garage door system. He replaced the opener, both springs, and tuned up and lubricated the entire system. Could not be happier. Since the spring replacement repairs the garage door opener has failed to open the door. It has power to the outlet and nothing is working, no light, no opening of the door we can only manually open our door since the $650 repair last week! Could the new spring be too strong for the opener to perform?
