Today, Derrick came out to check my garage door because it was making such a clacking sound when I opened it that it concerned me. He arrived promptly and complied with my request that he wear a mask. He was very courteous and eager to please. He looked at my situation and made a fair evaluation. I never had to worry that I was going to be told that I needed repairs that were unnecessary. Derrick is knowledgeable and helpful. Not only would I use this company again, I would highly recommend it to my friends knowing full well that they would be treated fairly.

Received a call from Mark Basilotto saying that he had a cancellation and wondered if we were available for the repair, which of course we were. Mark explained that the motor was not repairable so we opted for the PDS 800 7' Belt Drive. Mark is very personable technician and he works with precision, he wasted no time in handling the changeout. It was a pleasure to meet Mark.

Thee personnel on the chat line and the phone was pleasant, helpful and productive. Derrick who actually fixed my garage door politely contacted us when on his way. Once here he was quick to determine the problem and estimate a cost. The completed the job in less than 1/2 hour, even oiled the door! I had used Precision in the past to repair the door. Did a good job. Only complaint I have is the your technician did not clean up after the install, left wire clippings and wire insulation on garage floor. He did overturn box holding the motor unit and let the unit drop to the floor, but perhaps that is OK?

Called on a Saturday just for a price, liked what they offered and they had someone here Monday, checked my door, installed a new Lift Master 8500w as my door opener was so noisy, new springs and all like new again. Belt drive is so quiet compared to my chain Genie I had. Derric was the best, very personable and professional. Had it all installed in about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision.

He was honest, friendly, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained everything with pricing. Gave us different options. My garage door spring bike on Memorial weekend. I called hoping that someone could come out on Saturday but they were already booked. I made on appt for Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Mark, called and said he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. Mark showed up and explained what options I had. He then replaced my springs and all bearings that were worn. Mark was very good and explained what he waa doing as he finished the work.

The technician, Alex, was fabulous! He replaced my outdoor garage pad and then checked the mechanics of the garage door. He sprayed lubricant on all the areas of the door and showed me exactly what and where to spray ! He was polite snd very efficient! Highly recommend the company and ALex! Thank you!
