Justin was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem with subpar springs. He worked quickly, explained everything along the way, and did a remarkable job. I decided to install the garage door opener unit that he recommended. I would have to say that I have never had a garage door that worked so well and quietly. Good job Justin!

Initially, called Presicision because our garage door was not closing, approximately a month ago. Service tech was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Performed an adjustment in the motor box and the door worked. He explained the operation and problems that could develop with the age of our garage door system. Today, (7/21/2017), Justin came out, due to the screw drive trolley breaking and replaced same. Justin was courteous, professional, and also knowledgeable. However, he didnt apply any "hard sell" tactics as to replacing any garage door equipment. He left that decision to us. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Great customer service. Tec was here on time to repair my garage door. No high pressure sales technique to sell me a new door just did what he was suppose to ( repair my current door). The best thing was that the person who went out there didn't come to try to sell us a $2,000 unit. He told us what was wrong and what it would cost to fix what needed to be fixed. In the end, we decided to keep things as they are (the problem was the door got stuck), but when we need that new unit, which will likely be more sooner than later, we will certainly look into using you again.
