called Precision after Hurricane Irma to adjust the door. we had difficulty manually closing it. They gave us an appointment for the next day and the tech arrived before the slotted time. Great service. Tech was cordial, fully explained things and left some lubricant for our future home use. Reasonably priced would recommend their service to others.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem with subpar springs. He worked quickly, explained everything along the way, and did a remarkable job. I decided to install the garage door opener unit that he recommended. I would have to say that I have never had a garage door that worked so well and quietly. Good job Justin!

Initially, called Presicision because our garage door was not closing, approximately a month ago. Service tech was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Performed an adjustment in the motor box and the door worked. He explained the operation and problems that could develop with the age of our garage door system. Today, (7/21/2017), Justin came out, due to the screw drive trolley breaking and replaced same. Justin was courteous, professional, and also knowledgeable. However, he didnt apply any "hard sell" tactics as to replacing any garage door equipment. He left that decision to us. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Great customer service. Tec was here on time to repair my garage door. No high pressure sales technique to sell me a new door just did what he was suppose to ( repair my current door). Also was happy with the service call fee. They also have 24/7 call answering service. Would definitely use them again.

Ryan the installer/serviceman was great. I thought the garage door was beyond repair and would need new, but he was able to fix at a reasonable cost. He brought everything to my attention prior to work being performed. Worked several hours to ensure garage door would secure properly. Would highly recommend this company for any work required on garage doors.
