Jeremy is without a doubt a very hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and polite person. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was cleaned and tidied when he was done. We would give him over 5 stars if we could. We chose this company from home advisor because of their high rating and very good reviews. Javier came out first to help us choose what was best for us and was curtious, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. His business knowledge helped us greatly. 5 stars also for Javier. We would definitely recommend this company and rate them 5 stars for their staff and business. Very professional and friendly staff in the office as well. Politely kept us up to date with appointments and called to let us know the day before our appointment. Thank you.

Justin was the tec. that i requested as I had him do work for me in 2014. This time he was able to fix the track the rollers run on. I WILL be requesting him again in a month or so. The best thing was that the person who went out there didn't come to try to sell us a $2,000 unit. He told us what was wrong and what it would cost to fix what needed to be fixed. In the end, we decided to keep things as they are (the problem was the door got stuck), but when we need that new unit, which will likely be more sooner than later, we will certainly look into using you again.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Precision. The connection of the opener to the garage door had separated rendering the system inoperative. Repair was performed hours after I called Précision. Justin determined that weak springs caused the door to be unbalanced which in turn put stress on the opener connection that led to its failure. Springs were replaced, connection reestablished and new wheels installed. My garage door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly.
