Great customer service. Tec was here on time to repair my garage door. No high pressure sales technique to sell me a new door just did what he was suppose to ( repair my current door). Also was happy with the service call fee. They also have 24/7 call answering service. Would definitely use them again.

Jeremy is without a doubt a very hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and polite person. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was cleaned and tidied when he was done. We would give him over 5 stars if we could. Javier came out first to help us choose what was best for us and was curtious, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. His business knowledge helped us greatly. 5 stars also for Javier. The best thing was that the person who went out there didn't come to try to sell us a $2,000 unit. He told us what was wrong and what it would cost to fix what needed to be fixed. In the end, we decided to keep things as they are (the problem was the door got stuck), but when we need that new unit, which will likely be more sooner than later, we will certainly look into using you again.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Precision. The connection of the opener to the garage door had separated rendering the system inoperative. Repair was performed hours after I called Précision. Justin determined that weak springs caused the door to be unbalanced which in turn put stress on the opener connection that led to its failure. Springs were replaced, connection reestablished and new wheels installed. My garage door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly.
