I received same day service - which was great. Thank-you. Alex was the Serviceman - he was professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed my problem with a service call. He didn’t push to sell me equipment I didn’t need at this time. He took time to explain how I should lube my door and opener in order to improve function and longevity. He gave me estimates of what it would cost down the road if I were to replace the current opener. Overall - a very favorable experience.

We called to have the garage door opener belt replaced. They came the same day, which was unexpected. Alex was our techician & he was so nice. Courteous, professional & a little funny. I live in Punta Gorda, and Wanted a LiftMaster Wi-Fi battery backup w/Camera installed. I called another company and they never got back to me, so I called Precision Door Services, Sarasota, to see if they cover the Punta Gorda area. They not only said yes, they gave me an appointment for the install the very same call. Technician Mike Monson arrived at the scheduled day & time and made the install. He answered all the question I had and even helped me install the app. for the door on my phone. From the office to the install, the people were very courteous and did not waste my time. If I need Garage Door repair, I will call Precision!
