Service Tech arrived within the time frame specified and called to let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed the needed repair quickly and had the necessary parts on his truck. Very courteous and knowledgeable with a few pointers for minor home maintenance. Excellent service

Matt called and arrived within the committed service window. He evaluated the situation and did some maintenance on the door. He showed me, if I had to open the door manually, how to do it. He also instructed me on a situation where the upper springs..if ever separated.. I should call for help to Precision asap.. as I would not be able to get out of the garage. I have confidence it his instructions and based on this experience would use Precision again. thank you

Would have given more than 5 stars if possible. Rick was great and knew exactly what was needed. Didn’t try to upsell, just fixed the problem and gave me tips to keep the garage door and opener in top top condition. I will call again for any future garage door needs.

After Hurricane Ian the garage door needed repair. I called they answered!!! Others did Not even answer their phone. Had a set date & time and they were able to come early and they did.
