After Hurricane Ian the garage door needed repair. I called they answered!!! Others did Not even answer their phone. Had a set date & time and they were able to come early and they did. Offered 3 options and Nat was Excellent. Thanks Nat! Customer service was fantastic and he arrived got the job done and not at the highest price option. Professional, caring, kind, informative, communication was excellent and received invoice via email fast. Great Experience. Thank You Nat & Precision. You will now be my Go To Garage Door Company!.

I called Precision after another company was a "no show". The lady on the phone was pleasant and thorough. She repeated all my information for accuracy (most companies should do this!!) They were able to schedule for same day service. The technician, Nick, was very professional, and courteous, and had all the parts to fix my garage door. I highly recommend this company.

I had a stripped belt on my 2001 LiftMaster. I had originally scheduled for 1 day from my initial call due to volume of service requests. Precision was proactive however and found a way to squeeze me in that afternoon. The technician, Nick, was fantastic in walking me through my options (replace the belt or replace the opener and the pros and cons of each option). I elected to replace the opener given the age and condition of the system and he completed the installation in 3 hours and the quality of the work was excellent. Precision clearly cares about their customer reputation and they prioritize employing skilled and friendly employees. Thank you Nick!

Fisher was awesome and totally professional. We love our new garage door opener. He came quickly and did an amazing job. We got a fabulous new garage door opener with a camera and phone connectins through the app. All parts were replaced. it is super quiet and we love it.

We are very happy with the service we received by your technicians. Justin and his assistant were great. (So sorry I don't know the name of the other tech.) The motor was fried on our door opener. We could not open the door. The boys came within an hour of our call and they completed the job very quickly. The were very polite and courteous and efficient. They also repaired the old parts and our door is working like new.

My keypad stopped working. They scheduled an appointment immediately that fit my schedule. Fischer called me when he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue, replaced my key pad and synched up a hand held remote. This was excellent service and completed on a very timely basis.

Upon encountering a mysterious failure way early morning hours I found the sticker listing your 866 "24-hour Service Number", called it at 4 AM and a great guy named Tim answered and after just a bit said a service rep would be at our place the afternoon of that same day. Your man did arrive shortly after noon and adjusted a few items re the belt drive - and then said it would be no charge! What a great garage door company!!! And it appears a subsequent $0.00 invoice has now been mailed, just to verify the serviceman's statement. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Co.!

My new garage door and new opener were not operating correctly. I called to set up an appointment for service and Beckianne had 2 service people at my home 2 hours later!! Justin and Rick arrived at the promised time and fixed the issue within 20 minutes! Talk about superb,efficient and friendly service from start to finish!
