You just don't get better service that Precision!!!!! We purchased our beautiful and unique garage door from Precision 3 years ago. It truly completed our modern renovation to our home. The Precision team was extremely professional, from sales to installation. Just this past week we had a little noise in our door mechanism and called them. They came out and performed the minor adjustment just a few hours after our call.

On Friday around 500pm my garage door would not open. By 300 pm Sat Derrick Irving was here to replace the broken springs. He was professional, courteous and a five star rating is not high enough for him. He earned my repeat business in the future.

A young man named Justin arrived at my front door at about 11am this morning from Precision garage door company and said he was here to fix my problem. He was extremely polite, well mannered and clean. I showed him to the garage and was amazed at how quickly he determined the problem and got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. VERY professional!!! I asked him to come to the front door after putting his equipment back in his van so I could receive the bill and he said "Happy New Year, you're all set. Thanks for your business." Offered no bill or would not tell me of any charges. This was truly a gift of kindness I will never forget and got my 2021 off to a WONDERFUL start. Thanks again Justin. My spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to contact Precision late afternoon and talk to someone who set up first thing Monday service. Derrick, our technician called first thing to let me know he was on the way. In an hour we we went from inspection and estimate to finishing the replacement of springs, bearings, and rollers. Derrick was friendly, informative, and efficient. I thought the service was excellent and the price was fair.

My rental property is about an hour away (which normally involves days and coordination to rectify) but not with this amazing company. I called Precision late in the day who sent someone the same evening. They were able to assess the situation and give me 3 options. We chose to install a new garage door opener. The technician installed on the spot and when finished took payment over the phone and emailed the receipt - complete service from start to finish. Fast service. Called about a problem that our garage door was randomly opening on its own. Derrick the technician was out first thing in the morning next day.
