The work was completed in less time than I expected, this was in addition to showing up to start the job on time. They replaced several springs, all rollers and the weather strip of my garage door. This employee even programed my cars garage opener for me. Great company, great employee.

Spring broke.We were able to make an appointment on line through Holly for the next day. Chris was our tech. He did a thorough job finding also that our pulley cables were performing poorly and showed us the cables were fraying. He was able to replace them as well during the same repair appointment. Door failed to come down after he had left but, after we called him he returned immediately to realign the safety beams. 7 year warranty parts and labor included. We recommend Precision for their knowledgeable techs. And quality service.

We’re so happy with our new garage door. It’s so much quieter, has a tight seal, and is better insulated. We had to wait a long time to get it due to Covid delays in shipping. Derrick came out and gave me a very clear run through about what was wrong with my garage door system and how it could best be fixed. He was very cordial and took time to answer all my questions. He was not pushy and gave me time to process the information. I felt very respected and experienced him as being an advocate instead of talking down to me. (Like the other man from another garage door company). When I declined the service due to my budget constraints...Derrick was very kind and compiled information to leave with me should I change my mind. Because he took the time to be patient, I was able to connect the dots and realize that his assessment was accurate. So I agreed to the purchase. Derrick worked quickly to complete the job right then so I could leave for my other appointments on time. I have not regretted the (quite substantial) replacement for a second. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of this company. I am a proud new owner of a fine new garage door system that I can depend on and feel secure with. Highest recommendation!

Technician Gaetano C. arrived on time and wearing a mask. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue at hand and described several options to repair the non-operating garage door motor. We chose to replace rather than repair and to upgrade to belt from former chain drive. Gaetano's workmanship was great and feel the price was reasonable. 100% satisfaction.
