You were recommended by a friend. Your technician Joe showed up to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a failed circuit board so none of the remotes worked. He did not have the board in his truck and rearranged his schedule for the next day to return and replace the board. Both Joe and his assistant were very professional, outgoing and friendly. I could not have asked for better service. A great experience.

I picked your company because you were local, but after Mark finished I'm glad I did. I had a 2pm to 6pm window and Mark called about 10am and said he could come earlier, which he did. He inspected all the rollers, cables and replaced them as well as the broken spring, he finished in about 2 hours and was neat and professional. All parts and labor are warrantied for 3 years and now the garage doors works great. Thank you.

The Tech called when he was on his way, he came early (Which made me happy) We called for a new spring. I asked about a new system all together which he replied that it wasn't necessary but he would give me a quote. The Quote was very reasonable, and the system was older so we went with the new one. He was VERY Professional, fast, and helped re-key my two cars to connect to the new garage door opener. I can't say enough good things about the company or tech. We made the right decision on using them.

My garage door was loud and having issues going up and didn’t want to come down, the sunshine would mess with the sensors, I tried myself to adjust the sensors. After years of doing this, I was fed up! Just fed up with the whole door! I hesitated to call anyone, and when I did call, some places said the would be out next week. I couldn’t wait that long. I called Precision, I got an appointment the very next day! Brian was my service tech, and let me tell you, this guy is just super awesome!
