Our tech Joseph came out to reprogram some remotes and we wanted to inquire about a new opener with a camera. We had done a little research on our own in advance. Instead of going into a sale pitch he said “let me ask you some questions first”. That immediately told us whose interest he had in mind. He was even able to show us his own garage opener with camera that he controlled from his phone. After making a call he was able to locate one and come back the next day to install it. He was courteous, fast and walked us through all the features. Highly recommend Precision Door and Joseph. You won’t be disappointed!

The technician, Alex, was fabulous! He replaced my outdoor garage pad and then checked the mechanics of the garage door. He sprayed lubricant on all the areas of the door and showed me exactly what and where to spray ! He was polite snd very efficient! Highly recommend the company and ALex! Thank you!

good job and came early instead of running late like you usually get. Went to D and D garage doors first as they installed it years ago. The service this time was terrible. Promised to be there all day and then told me to reschedule at 5pm after waiting and calling all day. This service went smoothly and on time!

We had a problem with our garage door on a Saturday. We placed a phone call to Precision and the phone was very courteously answer. It was not an emergency and the representative arranged an appointment on the Monday between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. On Monday at about 11:00 AM , Technician Justin Nash called to say he was on his way. He arrived before 12:00 PM and his skill solved our problem. Justin was both skillful and courteous ; it was a pleasure to have him work on our behalf. We are very grateful to both Precision and Justin. Thank you.
