My door when opening and closing sounded like metal being tortured. It was annoying me and probably my neighbors as well. Chris took a look and gave me 3 options with pricing. After I selected option 1 he gave my system a tune-up with new rollers and a complete lubrication. Peace has been restored and the door now operates quietly. If I ever need more work Precision will be the only company I call.

My garage door was giving us trouble and the technician was available within days. He arrived early and that was fortunate because the motor died while he was on site. He had the parts on the truck and the new opener was installed in less than an hour. He was a pleasant and capable young man. Very pleased with the service.

I just had the most enjoyable young man help me with my garage door problems. I actually didn't know what I needed but he was quick to diagnose my problem and fixed them on the spot. He was very polite, explained everything and did the job quickly and efficiently. Why did I choose Precision? Lucky guess is all I can say but would highly recommend. I also thought their rates to be very reasonable.

Their technician, Fischer, called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived when promised by his office. I told him that my garage door is out of alignment because one of the safety cables fell off. We are the new homeowners, but I don't know how this happened because nothing got stuck in the rail. I couldn't get the cable back on properly which is why I called Precision for service. All of the spring hardware is very rusty and should probably be replaced in the near future. Fischer explained that the previous owner probably stored chlorine in the garage as a result of the rust. He repaired the door and made sure it was fine-tuned despite the fact that the door and hardware are 20 years old. Fischer also helped me get our cars' Homelink buttons programmed. I would recommend them to anyone for service!

Chris was great. He explained clearly what was needed to repair the door and gave us options for some additional service that was not needed right now but would eventually be necessary. He was pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. He finished the work surprisingly quickly. We would happily use his services again, but sadly we are unlikely to need him any time soon! ????

Initially, I had a Major Door company finally come by, after waiting 5 days for them to appear and then the serviceman barely had the time of day for me so I turned down his bid. Called Precision and had it repaired the next day by a serviceman named Alex who was very professional and well trained. Thank you Precision. Alex was also very good in explaining all the new nuances of the new opener.
