yesterday mark was at our home to install a new garage door opener. he was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. today we had him come out to our daughters garage door that wasnt working. he fixed it in less than an half hour. Mark is a credit to this business. i would recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted Precision based on the various high ratings I saw on the internet and was not dissappointed Mike, the technician, arrived when he said he would and thoroughly evaluated the issues. He explained them to my wife and I so we could make a decision about how to proceed. The door opener and its various parts including parts on the garage door were old-probably over 20 years old. Mike recommended several options including rebalancing the door and replacing rollers. That probably would have been enough. We asked about upgrading the door opener itself and Mike helped us work through the options. Everything now works so quietly even the dogs don't know the garage door is moving. But we do because we get alerts on our phones. Precision and Mike exceeded our expectations. Thanks.

I called for a service call and technician came next day with a call to notify me that he was on his way. I had a backup battery that was beeping and was about to die. Kyandre, technician, knew what to do and had my problem solved within minutes. He was polite and took time to show me how to operate the wall unit for the clock setting which I had forgotten how to do. Precision put in my garage door 2 years ago and I have been very pleased with their company.

Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and informative. He said that the LED bulb I had installed in the light box on the opener may have caused the performance of the remotes. I have since changed out the bulb to a regular incandescent. He tested the remotes before he left, and all worked well. The installation of the bottom gasket for the garage door went smoothly and seals properly and looks good. We will not hesitate to call again, should any situation arise with our garage door and its operation. Thanks Larry and Jan Steuber

I called because the other company could not come out for 12 days. I called Precision in the morning and had a technician at my house at 1:00 PM. Had a new garage door opener installed. It went well. The installer was nice, efficient and it took no time at all. Less than a month later, bolts were falling off. Called for an appointment to fix the problem. Got an appt. the next day. Service man was on time, nice, knowledgeable listened to my concerns. This is one of the most important things to me, listening to the customer. He fixed the problem with a different type bolt, problem solved. End of story. fingers crossed.

Technician Justin arrived as we agreed. A DIY project replacing our old, but reliable, Genie noisy chain opener with a brand new Genie quiet belt opener went horribly wrong for a number of reasons. Justin listened to the saga, quoted the Precision rate for installing customer purchased equipment, and on my OK, he went to work. He solved all of our DIY problems. Very pleased.

Nick was fantastic - he diagnosed the problem with my loud, struggling garage door and fixed it promptly. It runs much smoother and quieter now! He also provided me with an opener since the sellers I bought my house from never provided me with one, paired it with my opener and even linked it to my car. Simple things but it goes a long way! Great overall experience (office staff / schedulers / technician), I would recommend just off that. But wait there’s more, my Garage Door Opener was 20 years old, replaced with new updated Lift-Master, super quiet out of the box. Included everything needed. I wanted to updated rollers to Noise reducing nylon. Tom the tech, was super cool, showed us how to operate and discussed features. Great over all experience, you pay for what you get, but they are very competitive priced.

Our springs, coils, pistons, all snapped this morning, my son was able to lift the door and prop it up on a ladder to get the car out. Representative was professional and efficient. The estimated price for a new hurricane garage door was in the range I expected. The representative was thorough in explaining the estimate - including that part of the garage had to be empty for the installation. Very logical requirement but at this time, that’s not possible. I will definitely call this company again when the work can be done

My home care business calls for frequent garage door repair and this company Precision stands out compared to others by far because they treat you like a valued customer ! for starters they don’t demand a credit card before they show up the person that comes is not a slickster sales kid trying to upsell you and get the most money out of you possible Precision are experienced and work hard to inform you of the best solution for your needs. I only wish there were more of them so that the schedule time could be a little shorter however that’s probably due to the high standards for their workers so we can all be thankful don’t even think about calling that place that advertises all over the radio you will regret it.

Outstanding service from setting my appointment to the service received. The technician (Justin) called let to me know he was on the way and his estimated ETA. When he arrived he fixed the sensors in less than a minute. He instructed me on how to make sure they are in alignment. After he was done he said have a nice day!!!! Didn't charge me. Outstanding!
