I live in Punta Gorda, and Wanted a LiftMaster Wi-Fi battery backup w/Camera installed. I called another company and they never got back to me, so I called Precision Door Services, Sarasota, to see if they cover the Punta Gorda area. They not only said yes, they gave me an appointment for the install the very same call. Technician Mike Monson arrived at the scheduled day & time and made the install. He answered all the question I had and even helped me install the app. for the door on my phone. From the office to the install, the people were very courteous and did not waste my time. If I need Garage Door repair, I will call Precision!

Garage door spring broke so door good not be raised, trapping two cars inside. Precision was notified immediately and arrived within two hours. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable, and had the door repaired within an hour. The service couldn't have been better.

From the phone call to set up an appointment for a repair person come to our home, to coming out and giving us a price for the repairs, to then being able to do the repairs and give us clear instructions about the new product, our experience with Prestige Garage Doors was excellent. We need a bottom seal for our garage door. Called Precision and got an appointment right away. The technician, Mike, called to let us know he was 10 minutes out from our home. He was on time, looked at the door, and then explained what needed to be done and provided us the cost. He worked quickly and provided great service. Would highly recommend the company and our technician, Mike!! Since the door seal was not listed in the purchase list, we selected cables.

We have a D & D Garage Door Automatic setup. The spring broke on Tuesday September 19th. D & D could not schedule before Wednesday September 27th.
