The repair man did a great job. He was on time, professional, and fixed the garage door quickly. He explained everything very well and gave me a few options such as the minimum to get it working once again, the recommended upgrades or replacement parts, and what it would take to make it tip top. Our garage door would not open and our car was inside. I called Precision mid morning and they were able to get a technician to our place by 4PM. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly replaced the broken J arm. He then identified and fixed another problem which had been causing the door to open and close erratically. He explained it was temporary due to the ages of the various parts of the system. He provided us with detailed estimates of the work which we plan to have done in the near future. We were extremely pleased with his patience and thoroughness in explaining everything and will request him to do the work.

Our garage door no longer opened with a remote including through our car. We thought we would need a new garage door opener, but Jason Hennagir from Precision had a motherboard that replaced the one not working and now our garage door opens with all of our remotes! Jason didn't try to oversell us. He actually ended up saving us money. He was great to work with. Thanks Jason!

1.5 hours before Doctors appointment spring broke with both cars locked in garage. Called Precision who scheduled me for that afternoon. Not good!!!
