I was having trouble with my garage door opener that was installed with Precision. Mark came out this morning and replaced the pad outside the garage as well as oiling the wheels on the garage door and showed me how to properly use the remote in the car.

I contacted another door company a week ago and got on the schedule for yesterday. They were a no show and when I called they said yes my appointment was confirmed but I was not put on the schedule. I called Precision and they came out this morning and checked everything. I ended up with a new system . I am very happy with. The technician was very good at explaining every thing answered all questions. Nick my tech was very professional explained how everything worked. I will recommend Precision to any one need service.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has always been our "go to service" when needed. Our serviceman was John Roetzer. He was very courteous and professional and pleasant to work with. Thanks to Matt for great service today! He was quick to tell me how he could help me by repairing my garage door, and did the work promptly. He also helped answer a few questions I had about how I could maintaining the door and keep it in good condition. Finally, he took a few minutes to answer a question about opening the door when I don't have power which happened recently during a pro-longed power failure in our community, but is also helpful info for hurricane season. I was hesitant to manually open the double door thinking it was too heavy, but he demonstrated how to do it and then watched as I did it myself. I am grateful for the great service and Matt's kindness!!

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Doors. The first time the large spring had broken, trapping our car inside, on the day that we were expecting out of town company. We called and a technician was there within two hours and replaced the spring. This time, our door was making horrendous noise after being painted. It sounded like gunfire when it opened. I called shortly after 8 am on a Monday and the technician was there before 11 am. He could, and did, fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Ultimately I decided to do a bit more upgrading on this 20 year old door and now you cannot even hear the door going up and down. I am delighted with the results and am so happy we found Precision.

You guys are excellent. I previously had American Home Shield, and they sent out a technician of dubious skill. It cost me nearly $1,000 in uncovered expenses. Within a week, I called them back when the garage door jammed again. Here I am one year later with Precision to check their work and make adjustments. Gage, the Precision technician was excellent. I dropped both AHS and Choice after discovering they offered no savings. With them it seemed I seldom had a good technician and ultimately paid twice for the repair.
