He gave me several options which included an upgrade in the new springs which is the option I chose. I was extremely pleased with the job and that your company responded to me so quickly. After dealing with another company for 3 months without any results, it was such a pleasure to get a true professional, Within few minute your employee Luke knew what was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix a problem. After fixing a mess made by another company, he realized springs installed were not the wright springs for that door. He installed new springs and door is working perfectly as it should. Dear Andrew, You employee, Mark, arrived at my home as scheduled even though the weather was about as bad as it gets in this area. Unfortunately, he said he was unable to perform the maintenance/repair as needed on my garage doors because of the high winds pressing against the three doors in question. Upon his departure, he had me pay the contracted $75.00 service fee. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. My question is: When I reschedule to have whatever needs to be done, do I have to pay another $75.00 service call in addition to the normal "parts and labor" costs of repairing/maintainning my garage doors?
