Spring broke Saturday morning. Techs were here early Sunday morning. Amazing. Josh and Tom were polite and efficient. I chose the upgraded springs which they explained the difference to me. My door is fixed already. Precision put in the old springs just over 10 years ago. I was happy with them then which is why I called them again. I will definitely use Precision for any and all future garage door issues. Thanks guys.

We can’t thank you enough! The garage door was giving us problems, not always opening or closing so I called and got an appointment. However, once my husband was home from golf, we found the door would not open, and manually did not work! We called and explained our dilemma- our car and golf cart were locked in. The person who answered our call took a few minutes and before we knew it had arranged an emergency visit. Within the hour a young man named Mike came and in one hour had everything fixed. He even checked to see if our remotes needed reprogramming, which they did. A wonderful all-around experience!we would recommend your company without hesitation!

Our garage door opener broke, so I googled garage door repairs and came across Precision Garage Door. I was able to book a same day appointment on-line. The technician, Doug Mason, called me when he as 20 minutes out... super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him to install two garage door openers. He had two of the exact model openers I wanted, and he installed both within 3 hours. Before leaving, he showed us all the features and set up the MyQ app so we could operate them with our phones. We are extremely satisfied with Doug's work and Precision Garage Door. If I ever need garage door service in the future, I know who I'm calling. Yep, Precision Garage Door!
