We had a garage door opener break a couple days ago. Contacted Precision as we had heard good things about them. Their technician, Tom, showed up as scheduled on a Sunday (Mothers Day!). He explained our options very well and was done with the installation in a couple hours. He went through everything to make sure all questions were answered. Highly recommend Precision to everyone!

I have used Precision twice now and am extremely impressed with their service. Both times were an emergency in my book. I had to get a whole new belt drive system and just yesterday new springs. Both times the technicians were able to arrive in the time frame given and the jobs were completed the same day with great care and efficiency. I was also give different options on equipment to use. Basically I customized my door. I couldn’t be happier with the results. These guys are my number one in my book. Thanks for everything!

I had previous experience with Precision at another home and decided I would use them again at my current residence. I wanted to install the battery model as with hurricanes and no electricity I am not able to pull open door. I had this installed at previous location and it’s a life savor for me. John was my technician and was prompt, professional and did an excellent job of installing a new motor as the one here was the original. It is super quiet compared to the original door opener, he explained everything to me after the install, programmed my openers and car opener. I would highly recommend Precision and John.

John was great! He inspected our garage doors and gave us three estimates for the work. Basic — better — best. We chose the more expensive one and he replaced all the rollers and the doors are now SO quiet. Good service by John who knew what he was doing! Thank you!

Precision Overhead Garage Door is an excellent company. I have used them at least 4 times over the years and have always been impressed with their service. My tech today "Luke" was punctual, and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed as to his arrival and fully explained what needed to be done. I was having trouble with my garage door opener that was installed with Precision. Mark came out this morning and replaced the pad outside the garage as well as oiling the wheels on the garage door and showed me how to properly use the remote in the car.
