Our Liftmaster Door failed after 22 years and our cars were locked inside by the door not opening. We looked up Liftmaster on google and found Precision Garage Doors were the area specialist. We called for help and we were lucky to get Nick Alfaro on May 31, 2024 who came to our Rescue within two hours. The door spring was broken and Nick had everything working like new in a couple of hours. Nick was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I have called upon Precision in the past. My garage door spring snapped so I was locked out/in. I immediately called the South Venice number stating that I was not in an emergency situation-meaning I had a car outside. I was scheduled for the next morning for new springs, cables and retractors. We have received the services of Precission overhead garage door services of Naples on four occasions. Each time we received exceptional service. Our most recent experience was on May 29, 2024. The technician was Andrew Sell. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time,replaced a broken spring, calibrated the garage door, lubricated, and finalized the process within 45 minutes. He was exceptionally professional and clearly understood how to repair garage doors. We are once again exceptionally pleased with the service and the price.

Purchased and had garage door installed 2021. First time needing service. Overtime and use garage door had too much downforce and loss memory two days ago. Called today 5/17/24 to get on their schedule for service. I was set up for same day between 2-6, service tech called, provided a 30 minute courtesy call, diagnosed all the above, made adjustments needed, and completed at 1:30. Couldn’t be happier with service!

Our garage door would not open, and since our car was inside the garage, we were literally stuck in our house. I called another company and was told that they could not guarantee that a technician would come to our house that day. At 6:20 AM the next morning I called Precision garage door service, and the call was immediately answered by someone who listened to my problem. She then told me that a technician would come to our house between 8 AM and noon that same day to fix the problem. Within two hours, I received a call from the technician, Mark, and he told me that he was on his way. Not long thereafter Mark was at our house and assessed the problem, which was a broken main spring and also deteriorating rollers. Mark gave me alternatives and completely spelled out the cost for repairs, which I thought were reasonable. Before starting the work, he was able to get my garage door open so that I could remove my car. This was not an easy task, but he did it with grace and humor. Within approximately an hour or so, the job was complete, and our garage door is now working perfectly. Mark was extremely competent, personable, and just plain nice. I would strongly recommend Precision garage door service to anyone in the future.
