Looking to get new hi-impact doors. Choose Precision because I had repairs done previously and the Technicians did a great job and were very courteous. Seth was great explaining the install and components. Price was kind of high, so I need to rethink the timing.

I used Precision in the past for minor repairs and knew of their honesty and professionalism so when I was in need of replacing my 30 year old garage door and motor, there was no one else I would have chosen. Seth was very thorough in examining my current system and recommending what was needed. He explained everything and patiently reworked the estimate when I changed my original idea. He took the time to check the inventory and give an estimate for installation. Tito and Cesar installed my new equipment and were very impressive in their professional appearance and knowledge. They were both very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be doing the work which speaks highly of them and of Precision Door's work environment. Before beginning the installation, Tito reviewed, line by line, everything that would be done to ensure it matched what I was expecting. When the job was complete, both Tito and Cesar took time to explain everything to me from lubricating the hinges and spring to how to activate the "up, down and learn" buttons. Any questions I had were answered. Between Seth's initial visit and the installation, I received emails with my job description and installation date as well as reminders via voicemail. The whole experience was first class which gives me confidence Precision Door stands by their materials and workmanship. Thank you!

My garage opener light had become unscrewed from the ceiling and was halfway hanging. The door was jammed so I called Precision at the number that was beside the button opening the garage door. John came the next day and repaired it for me. Very nice and answered all my questions. Thank you, John!

My free estimate appointment was scheduled for a window between 12 pm to 4 pm for June 12th. Seth showed up at 12:05 pm. He was very professional and friendly. He went over the full process on the installation of my new garage door. He then went over the cost, including the door and the other materials, including the permit that would be needed. My new door will be installed on Monday, June 17th, and I am so looking forward to it. I can see why this company is so highly rated. I look forward to giving you another great review after my door is installed on Monday.

I live in Missouri and have a vacation home in Venice and recently had guests staying there for their honeymoon. They mentioned to me on a Saturday that the garage door wasn’t functioning properly. I called Precision’s number late that evening just to leave a message and to my surprise a very kind lady answered the phone and within a few minutes told me she would have a technician there by 10 am Monday! When the tech called me Monday morning from the house he diagnosed the issue and explained to me what parts needed immediate replacing to fix the problem and also told me there was considerable wear on the motor and eventually would have to be replaced. He did not try to “sell” me a new unit but rather left that decision up to my judgement. I elected to go ahead and replace the whole motor. I had a problem with my overhead garage door closing properly; it wouldn't and I had to release it and close it manually. I called and scheduled a service call with Precision Garage Door Service. Turned out the drive belt had begun losing teeth and wasn't functioning properly. Given that the unit was 12 years old and near the end of its useful life, I decided to replace it. The technician installed a new Liftmaster unit. Afterward, he reprogrammed my existing remotes and helped me update the remote built in to one of my cars. He also adjusted the springs and lubricated all the joints and wheels. I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for anyone needing their garage door serviced.

Have been relying on Precision for about 10 years for annual maintenance and other work (e.g.,had new door opener installed last year).
