Your sales team was very polite and knowledgeable in measuring and making sure a new garage door would fit and was in stock before scheduling the installation. The mechanics a few days later showed up also very polite and knowledgeable and ready for the installation. Rollers and bearings were also replaced. Bret was honest and informative with his comments and suggestions. He answered all my questions. Bret worked very hard on this job, as the springs were 25 yrs. old. I would recommend Bret to my neighbors. One of my neighbors recommended Precision to me.

We are moving into new condo. prior owner did not use liftmaster garage openers so we needed new ones. two other companies I called could not give me guaranteed arrival time, and twice failed to appear in the two hour window they gave. Friday, I saw Precision truck down the street. driver not there so I called. appointment was set up for later in the day. one hour later tech called and was there. checked out our old system; installed two new super openers, and gave an evaluation of the door and what might be needed and what was not needed, plus estimate. and did it "social distancing". Joe, the tech, was very, very good and efficient. I was impressed. cost was a bit high, it seemed to me, but service was excellent and timely.

After an initial scheduling miscommunication, Precision rectified the problem immediately and a technician arrived within 20 minutes. Jason M was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He repaired the wiring issue on the garage door opener quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I will certainly use Precision again and recommend them as well.

Your technician, Gaetano, has been to our home several times. He has installed garage doors, door openers, synchronized remote openers and installed keypads for opening and closing the doors. He is personable, efficient and accurate in what he does. He gets more done in less time than any three workers we have ever had.

Gaetano was amazing and saved the day. A power surge hit my garage door opener so it no longer worked. I called precision and they dispatched Gaetano. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the circuit board needing replaced. I love the honesty and ethics as they could have easily said it was the whole motor rather than just a part charging double but they did not. He was also an excellent trainer teaching a newer technician along the way. They were in an out within 30 mins replacing the circuit board, programming my remotes and cleaning/disinfecting everything before they left. Thank you for the great service guys. You saved the day.
