Mike did a fantastic job. He explained and showed me what had to be repaired, he went over everything. Show us our options and prices. Toni and me had several different repairs done to our Cond and most of the Technicians were very polite, but Mike tops them all. I had a power surge and needed a new board. I had conversations with 3 different companies and Precision was by far the most responsive. Mike showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection on rollers, springs, everything, something others had not done. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant! I decided to replace the entire unit and Mike was able to do immediately, no waiting on ordered parts etc. Precision has my future business all because of Mike's service and attitude. Well done!

5 Star Service!!! We couldn't be happier. I called this morning when our garage door opener was unresponsive. "Blue" was very friendly and pleasant. And got us on the schedule the same day, right before a holiday weekend! I received a call from Alex (Reich), another upbeat voice on the end of the line, letting me know he was on the way. Alex is a super representative for the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was very accommodating to my MANY questions. What a great teacher! From start to finish, a top notch company. I had a wonderful experience with 2 repairmen. Very efficient, experienced and professional. The repair was difficult to fix due to wiring break in wall. I thought there was no way to fix. These gentlemen knew just what to do. I was expecting a huge bill but it was only several hundred. Highly recommend.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! SUPER FAST SERVICE!!!! FAIR PRICING!!! We called for service for a broken spring at 6:45am, within 3 and a half hours we had service and the problem was solved. The tech was very courteous and explained all the work that was needed and gave us our options for the repair. Will definitely call with any garage door issues in the future.

Had a different company come out first who quoted us $600+ to replace everything but the door itself and we balked and called these guys a week later. They came in and pressed the reset button and charged us a nominal fee which we gladly paid. These are truly honest people. THANK YOU!

I called because of your reviews and the great comments. Add my accolades to the list. My overhead door was making a loud noise when opening. Your technician fixed the problem with a can of silicone spray. When the painters did my garage they over sprayed getting paint on the weather seals on each side. with the heat the paint softened causing the door to stick. There was no charge, but be assured when the time comes to replace the door or opener, Precision will be the company I will call.
