I chose to use Precision Door Service because of their great reputation. I called to have a broken string replaced, my 10 year-old garage door was so loud that I was afraid I was waking the neighbors every time I opened and closed the garage door! Once the technician arrived, Brian, we agreed to replace the spring, the garage door opener and install all new rubber rollers. In just over an hours time my garage door was better than new. it opened and closed perfectly and was almost silent! I was very happy with the great service and high quality materials used. I highly recommend!!!

A young man named Justin arrived at my front door at about 11am this morning from Precision garage door company and said he was here to fix my problem. He was extremely polite, well mannered and clean. I showed him to the garage and was amazed at how quickly he determined the problem and got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. VERY professional!!! I asked him to come to the front door after putting his equipment back in his van so I could receive the bill and he said "Happy New Year, you're all set. Thanks for your business." Offered no bill or would not tell me of any charges. This was truly a gift of kindness I will never forget and got my 2021 off to a WONDERFUL start. Thanks again Justin. My spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to contact Precision late afternoon and talk to someone who set up first thing Monday service. Derrick, our technician called first thing to let me know he was on the way. In an hour we we went from inspection and estimate to finishing the replacement of springs, bearings, and rollers. Derrick was friendly, informative, and efficient. I thought the service was excellent and the price was fair.
