My garage door was "sinking" about a foot, after opening it. Joe A. came, assessed the problem immediately and recommended a "Tune and Lube," which he did, and it appears to have solved the problem. He also suggested a Tune and Lube (maintenance) every year. I will put that on my calendar for January, 2022. Joe was efficient, and very respectful.

Our garage door came off the track and needed to be repaired. I called Precision at 2pm and they were here the next morning at 8:15am. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional. I can't believe he was able to fix the problem on his own. He clearly knew what he was doing and had the door repaired in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

Best around... New to the area and door would not close. Called and came out, adjusted and move the sensors. The bill was zero dollars!!!!! He made the adjustment and off he went.... not too many companies do this anymore. Will not use anyone else five star in my book

We were very impressed with our whole experience using Precision. A competitor couldn't service our broken spring for 5 days and you were able to provide service within one hour of contacting you. Travis and Justin took pride in their work and were informative with what our choices would be. The work was completely quickly and we added new rollers so now we have a quiet door with a peace of mind warranty on the springs. Technician Gaetano C. arrived on time and wearing a mask. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue at hand and described several options to repair the non-operating garage door motor. We chose to replace rather than repair and to upgrade to belt from former chain drive. Gaetano's workmanship was great and feel the price was reasonable. 100% satisfaction.
