Today, Derrick came out to check my garage door because it was making such a clacking sound when I opened it that it concerned me. He arrived promptly and complied with my request that he wear a mask. He was very courteous and eager to please. He looked at my situation and made a fair evaluation. I never had to worry that I was going to be told that I needed repairs that were unnecessary. Derrick is knowledgeable and helpful. Not only would I use this company again, I would highly recommend it to my friends knowing full well that they would be treated fairly.

Mark was the tech who responded to my need of garage door repair. He called well ahead of arrival. When he got here, he offered to wear a mask if I wanted him to, which I appreciated. He arrived early and quickly repaired my overhead door. He was courteous and friendly. All around good experience today.

Technician Nash arrived and solved the problem I have had with my prior opener since it was installed eight years ago. Also, the company that installed the prior opener made three service calls at $99. Each To correct the problem and it was never solved. I have already referred two of my neighbours to precision and both are satisfied. It’s nice when you get a service person that actually knows what they are doing.
