Lee was great. Arrived early, quickly determined issue and answered questions effectively. Performed repair fast and explained what he was doing at each step. Also tightened the motor mount as he checked everything out for proper operation. In other words he went above and beyond my expectations. The door does not open until I’m in the drive way . My old 21-year-old Genie opened 2 or 3 houses away. The light bulb was dead And it looks like an erector set, The Genie was more appealing to look at. And I did not get the $50.00 dollar discount

Thank you for this service. Our garage would not extend to the fullest. They came out on a Sunday and performed an extensive test and it was repaired quickly. It is wonderful to find a company that provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for this service call because the repair was minimal. I had a problem with my garage door closing and I knew it was the sensors but could not fix the problem myself. They were able to book a service call according to my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived and very quickly determined that the sensors were wired incorrectly. He fixed it within minutes. He also told me how to have the door operate more quietly now and on an ongoing basis. I could not have asked for a more efficient and friendly service to my door. Highly recommended!

We had a broken spring and called based on reviews. So happy I did. They are fantastic! They came at the beginning of my given time and day. I had them upgrade my springs to the green ones and decided while he was there to upgrade to a wifi super quiet belt lift system. Tyler was our technician and he gave me all my options cost etc. He was the nicest most professional worker I think I have ever had. I am going to add them to my regular maitnance schedule! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. I am so gratful!

Excellent service. Jo arrived on time ,performed a quick evaluation of our failing garage door .Returned the next day and completely over hauled our door. We now have a smooth running (no noise),high tech running door. It operates from my phone ,outside key pad, car remote, or the new sensor he placed in the garage. He took our 20 year old door and brought it into the 2021 century. We couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding company .

Called to have a "noise' checked. Precision Tech Fischer Londeree immediately identified the need for additional lithium spray on all roller hinges. Immediate noticeable difference. Fischer then performed a complete check and main spring adjustment. Door now works great.

Excellent tune-up service! Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. He called 20 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He took time to explain the work he completed and why he completed it. He also educated me on some potential issues in the future, given the age of our door opener. He stopped the squeaks, tightened the chain and adjusted the downward speed of the door. Works and sounds great! I will definitely use them again.
