Doug came out on Monday and did an inspection of our door. The spring was broken and a few other things were worn. He explained that they needed replaced for safety reasons. Had him install a new opener while he was here. price seemed a little high but he was very thorough with the installation and helping to set up our system. No complaints.

Brian was on time and gave me three estimates for cost of repairs. I chose the one that best suited our needs. He finished the work in a timely manner. The door works very well and a lot quieter than before. I have given his card to a neighbor to have in case she needs a garage repair in the future. We had maintenance done on our garage door. Mike was our technician who was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were worried about the age of our garage door springs and the door getting noisy. The springs are not as old as we originally thought and Mike explained in detail, both sides of replacement or not. We decided to wait on replacement; when finished, door is working almost like new. Very impressed with Precision and realize, without replacement, might be short lived. We will be using Precision for our spring replacement when the time comes, and any future issues.

I called your company for a bid on a new insulated garage door for my home. Michael arrived at the designated time. I explained to him what I needed,he did his measurements gave me a quote for what I thought we discussed for $2,800. I called him later to move forward with my project and confirm everything. Bam! He told me that was not the price for an insulated door! So I asked him what is the price,he said $4,800. Obviously he didn't listen to me and what I wanted to buy. Very disappointed.

Precision = $79.95 for a service call telling me I need to replace 1/3 HP Chamberlin garage door opener for $699.00. I checked Lowes and found out they would replace opener with 1/2 HP Chamberlin opener for $159-10% veterans discount= $143.10 plus $79.00 installation charge= $322.10. I know Precision will have a list of reasons why they are worth the extra $379.00 but I say B/S. Precision is outrageous overpriced.

My garage door was hit by another vehicle on Tuesday, August 8th and Matthew from Precision Garage Door of SWFL came out on Wednesday, August 9th to give me an estimate and to help me get my vehicle out of the garage. Matthew showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment time which was great. Matthew had to work on the garage door so he could bring the door up manually so I would be able to remove my vehicle from the garage. Matthew then manually had to put the door back down. The door has to be replaced due to 3 or more panels damaged. Matthew was very efficient in helping me with the door.
