Great overall experience (office staff / schedulers / technician), I would recommend just off that. But wait there’s more, my Garage Door Opener was 20 years old, replaced with new updated Lift-Master, super quiet out of the box. Included everything needed. I wanted to updated rollers to Noise reducing nylon. Tom the tech, was super cool, showed us how to operate and discussed features. Great over all experience, you pay for what you get, but they are very competitive priced.

Our springs, coils, pistons, all snapped this morning, my son was able to lift the door and prop it up on a ladder to get the car out. Precision came out on Sunday and the gentleman was awesome, he fixed it perfectly, timely and no mess. He was amazingly efficient. I highly recommend them if you want a professional job done. Representative was professional and efficient. The estimated price for a new hurricane garage door was in the range I expected. The representative was thorough in explaining the estimate - including that part of the garage had to be empty for the installation. Very logical requirement but at this time, that’s not possible. I will definitely call this company again when the work can be done

My home care business calls for frequent garage door repair and this company Precision stands out compared to others by far because they treat you like a valued customer ! for starters they don’t demand a credit card before they show up the person that comes is not a slickster sales kid trying to upsell you and get the most money out of you possible Precision are experienced and work hard to inform you of the best solution for your needs. I only wish there were more of them so that the schedule time could be a little shorter however that’s probably due to the high standards for their workers so we can all be thankful don’t even think about calling that place that advertises all over the radio you will regret it.

Outstanding service from setting my appointment to the service received. The technician (Justin) called let to me know he was on the way and his estimated ETA. When he arrived he fixed the sensors in less than a minute. He instructed me on how to make sure they are in alignment. After he was done he said have a nice day!!!! Didn't charge me. Outstanding! We had precision door replace our old door about 3 yrs ago. New door laughed at hurricane Ian. No issues. Had them return to perform a maintenance tuneup. No issues found just a little tweak is all that was required. The tech was professional and friendly. Love this company

I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs the service…and I have! From the time of the initial call for an appointment to when the technician shows up in your driveway, everyone involved is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My technician, DeAndre, was excellent. He took his time in trying to figure out what was going on with the garage door, the codes and the opener and in about 30 minutes had me back in business. All in all, I was completely satisfied from top to bottom. Good Job!

Had a appointment for Tuesday May 30th between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Left work early to be home by 4:00, waited and no one came. At 9:00pm I received a call from I think the service guy and he said he was running late (obviously he didn't know until 9:00 that he was running late). He asked me if I still wanted him to come, I said no but have the office call me to reschedule. It's now 2 days later and have not received a call.

Precision Door was phenomenal! My garage door spring broke the day before I was going back to Michigan for four months. No other company could fit me in. Precision Door at first said they couldn’t do it but after hearing my situation called in a tech to fix the door on Saturday evening. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lifesavers. I highly recommend them.
