After seeing repeated advertisements on local TV, I decided to give Precision a try. Our garage door was 17 yrs old and was loud and clunky; plus, we were having issues with our garage door opener. Within an hour of calling, Precision was at our house! They fixed the opener, replaced the overhead springs and a bearing, plus lubricated the hinges and rollers (which had not been done in 17 yrs) all within about 1-1/2 hrs. Our door now rolls up & down smoothly and quietly. Thanks so much Precision!

I would have given 5 stars if you had been able to come out the day I called, but within 24 hours is still very good! Technician Brian was excellent, explained everything and answered all my questions. I would have liked to have known ahead of time about the credit card surcharge. Overall excellent service. Had Doug Mason come to our house and he fixed out springs, rollers, and door seal. Was more than pleased with his service, care, and explanation of what was happening. He worked with me and my wife to explain what was going wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very thankful!!!

They responded quickly to our repair needs. Justin was right on time. As for the cost aspect, it seemed a bit high to replace my springs . I have had them replaced before at our previous house and it was around 450. It cost 600 today. Good company but you might want to shop around for a lower price as it was definitely on the high side.

We had used Precision previously for a new garage door and were very satisfied with their work. We contacted the office on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get an appointment the next day. Brian Fixter was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He gave us options, answered questions and installed the new garage opener. Brian is a great communicator who takes pride in his work. He did a fantastic job and the new opener is super quiet. Brian is an excellent technician and an asset to your staff!

I was very happy that a technician was able to come to my house the afternoon of the morning I called for service. Sergio called to asked if he could come a bit earlier since he had a cancelation. I said yes. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, was friendly yet professional. He told me he'd do an expection and let me know his thoughts, which he did, explaining things to me so I could understand. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new motor. He again, explained the difference in them and gave me prices for the motor, new rollers, bottom seal, etc. and what was included. I elected to get the motor with a battery back up. He worked for a few hours in the heat with a smile. He gave me instructions on the new key pad and pad inside the garage, he even programed the new motor in my car. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Sergio for all he did. I'm very happy with the low noise level and how smoothly the door now goes up and down.
