Tom the technician called me to tell me he had a cancellation and could he come sooner. I agreed and he arrived as promised with all his tools and supplies needed to repair my garage door. He was professional and very polite and friendly. He explained what had to be done and the cost. He replaced the broken springs and did all the adjustments in about a hour. I was very impressed with his knowledgeable and technical skills. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage door…..

Justin showed up right on time and proceeded to give me 3 options for replacing our 12 year old door opener. He explained the benefits of the 3 and after making my choice he was able to complete the job in 2 hours. He then took the time to set up the myQ app on my phone which allows me use the opener remotely I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price. You will be amazed how quiet your new opener is

Great service experience. Drew was our tech and in addition to service, lubing and adding a new lock: he educated us about our garage doors that have extra height. Our house is just a few years old and we have struggled with the doors going off line. Feeling more confident and we know who to call with questions now. We called Precision to replace a broken spring as well as another on the same double door. Our technician, John, was prompt, professional as well as personable. After inspection of both garage doors and openers, he provided options for replacement and/or service. Upon completion of his work, both doors (hurricane) are now balanced, open and close smoothly and are much quieter. We could not be more pleased with the service provided by John.

How FORTUNATE to get Justin as my door tech twice!! Besides looking like Josh Groban, he was professional, informative, and personable!! After I used them last year for a breakdown, I was trying to avoid another due to age and wear and tear! Justin was no pressure, gave me an estimate, and didn’t try to ram a sales down my throat!!
