I was very happy that a technician was able to come to my house the afternoon of the morning I called for service. Sergio called to asked if he could come a bit earlier since he had a cancelation. I said yes. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, was friendly yet professional. He told me he'd do an expection and let me know his thoughts, which he did, explaining things to me so I could understand. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new motor. He again, explained the difference in them and gave me prices for the motor, new rollers, bottom seal, etc. and what was included. I elected to get the motor with a battery back up. He worked for a few hours in the heat with a smile. He gave me instructions on the new key pad and pad inside the garage, he even programed the new motor in my car. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Sergio for all he did. I'm very happy with the low noise level and how smoothly the door now goes up and down.

John, our technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed done. He did his job well and even changed a light bulb for me that burnt out in the garage just as he got there. Precision had put in our new garage door opener a few years ago.

We have been using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for about 15 years . They have always scheduled our service either on the same day , or the next day at the latest . Today our technician , Doug , replace our opener , and springs . He did a great job ! He explained all our options , pros, cons , and cost in an easy way to understand . We had Nick come and service our garage and he gave outstanding service. He was very professional and helpful and did not try to over charge us. I had other garage door companies come out and give me bids and they tried to upcharge and over exaggerate the problem. Decided to get another bid from Precision and Nick came out and fixed the problem in under a minute. He was very polite and professional. We cannot thank Nick from Precision Doors enough. I will use them every time from here on out. I suggest calling Precision for any issues you have.

He took care of lubricating the springs and rollers. Within an hour my door sounded so much better/quieter. Garage Door Opener failed Saturday. I called on Saturday and Ashley set an appointment. Precision was here on Tuesday. Excellent response. Matt is a great asset to your company. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and offered three options. He inspected all moving parts of the door and reported that everything passed but the motor. He installed the new motor and track and programmed the remotes. Matt is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When he finished there was no clean up required. He kept the work area clean and free of any discarded equipment. Everything went into the shipping box as he worked. As a licensed Realtor I would recommend Precision to any of my customers. Thank you for your excellent service.

They were on time and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Didn’t pressure us to buy anything and really told us we didn’t need to purchase anything. The screw drive opener is just noisy and only way to rectify it was to replace it with a belt drive opener. But it was working fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved me close to $1000.

A spring broke on our garage door last night, essentially locking my car in the garage. We called Precision last evening. The customer service rep did a good job taking the information, put us on the schedule for today, and gave us a time to expect the technician. The technician was on time, accurately described the problem and provided several solutions with complete explanations. The work was completed in record time, and all is well with our opener and door. I was impressed with Precision from the initial call to the completed job. I felt the cost for the quality of the work and materials was fair, and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

On Thursday, September 28th, 2023 a representative from Precision Garage Door responded to my home re. a problem with my (old) garage door. The representative, (LUKE), Called me twenty minutes prior to arrival. Luke arrived promptly; and immediately determined the problem with my door. Luke offered four separate repair scenarios re. repair and replacement of numerous moving parts. I found Luke to be Knowledgeable, Skilled, Polite, Professional, Patient, Courteous, Respectful, Intelligent, Articulate, Clean Cut, and indeed quite Skilled. Luke repaired and replaced numerous "moving parts" that had become worn over many years of daily use. Luke replaced the coil spring, rollers, bearings, lift motor, the drive system, etc. My garage door now works very smooth, and very quietly;; thanks to the knowledge, skills, and ability of Luke; my Precision Door representative. Form the time I called to schedule and appointment until resolution of my problem, Precision Overhead Garage Service exceeded my expectations. The lady that scheduled the service call took the time to review their service charges and since I am a renter, that made a huge difference to me because I was paying out of pocket. Matt was my technician and he was polite and very knowledgeable. Matt explained the problem, solved the problem, and demonstrated that the problem was solved. I recently moved into the North Port area and within a month my garage door stopped working. An appointment was set up the same day that I called and the repairman even came early.
