I would have given 5 stars if you had been able to come out the day I called, but within 24 hours is still very good! Technician Brian was excellent, explained everything and answered all my questions. I would have liked to have known ahead of time about the credit card surcharge. Overall excellent service. Had Doug Mason come to our house and he fixed out springs, rollers, and door seal. Was more than pleased with his service, care, and explanation of what was happening. He worked with me and my wife to explain what was going wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very thankful!!!

They responded quickly to our repair needs. Justin was right on time. As for the cost aspect, it seemed a bit high to replace my springs . I have had them replaced before at our previous house and it was around 450. It cost 600 today. Good company but you might want to shop around for a lower price as it was definitely on the high side.

We had used Precision previously for a new garage door and were very satisfied with their work. We contacted the office on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get an appointment the next day. Brian Fixter was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He gave us options, answered questions and installed the new garage opener. Brian is a great communicator who takes pride in his work. He did a fantastic job and the new opener is super quiet. Brian is an excellent technician and an asset to your staff!

Mike Monson was delightful and gave us good advice without trying to hard sell us. He did give us options and let us decide. He was efficient and did a great job. He was early too! I was very happy that a technician was able to come to my house the afternoon of the morning I called for service. Sergio called to asked if he could come a bit earlier since he had a cancelation. I said yes. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, was friendly yet professional. He told me he'd do an expection and let me know his thoughts, which he did, explaining things to me so I could understand. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new motor. He again, explained the difference in them and gave me prices for the motor, new rollers, bottom seal, etc. and what was included. I elected to get the motor with a battery back up. He worked for a few hours in the heat with a smile. He gave me instructions on the new key pad and pad inside the garage, he even programed the new motor in my car. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Sergio for all he did. I'm very happy with the low noise level and how smoothly the door now goes up and down.

We had Nick come and service our garage and he gave outstanding service. He was very professional and helpful and did not try to over charge us. I had other garage door companies come out and give me bids and they tried to upcharge and over exaggerate the problem. Decided to get another bid from Precision and Nick came out and fixed the problem in under a minute. He was very polite and professional. We cannot thank Nick from Precision Doors enough. I will use them every time from here on out. I suggest calling Precision for any issues you have.
