Question - Why did I choose Precision Door? Answer with a question - Why choose the best dentist? Why choose the best investment advisor? Why choose the best plumber? Why choose any service that is not the best? Quote from the Immutable Laws of Finance, RULE No 1 is, "you can only spend a dollar once." Think about it. Also, I want my garage door to work correctly. Over and over and over and over and over. That's all I got.

Purchased and had garage door installed 2021. First time needing service. Overtime and use garage door had too much downforce and loss memory two days ago. Called today 5/17/24 to get on their schedule for service. I was set up for same day between 2-6, service tech called, provided a 30 minute courtesy call, diagnosed all the above, made adjustments needed, and completed at 1:30. Couldn’t be happier with service!

Our garage door would not open, and since our car was inside the garage, we were literally stuck in our house. I called another company and was told that they could not guarantee that a technician would come to our house that day. At 6:20 AM the next morning I called Precision garage door service, and the call was immediately answered by someone who listened to my problem. She then told me that a technician would come to our house between 8 AM and noon that same day to fix the problem. Within two hours, I received a call from the technician, Mark, and he told me that he was on his way. Not long thereafter Mark was at our house and assessed the problem, which was a broken main spring and also deteriorating rollers. Mark gave me alternatives and completely spelled out the cost for repairs, which I thought were reasonable. Before starting the work, he was able to get my garage door open so that I could remove my car. This was not an easy task, but he did it with grace and humor. Within approximately an hour or so, the job was complete, and our garage door is now working perfectly. Mark was extremely competent, personable, and just plain nice. I would strongly recommend Precision garage door service to anyone in the future.

Precision Garage Door gave me fantastic service. I needed my garage door springs replaced. They broke this past Saturday and I could not get the car out of the garage. I called Precision this Monday per my wife's recommendation from their commercials on TV. I was glad I called them. The girl I talked to at Precision understood my immediate need to get the door fixed and she set me up with an appointment for Monday afternoon. The technician that arrived for the service work was Nick. There was no doubt that he was the best and knew exactly how to get me going again. Unfortunately the springs on my double garage door were an odd ball size and Nick did not have them on the truck and the office was not sure if they even had them. Nick assured me that if a pair could not be located, Precision would make me a set themselves. I got a call this am from a nice girl at precision that told me that the gentleman who would make me a set found some at the warehouse. Shortly after this call I got an email from Precision notifying me that Nick would be back out today to install them. Nick was beyond a doubt the best service technician I ever had service any of my garage doors. He was polite, knowledgable, great work habits and was committed to making me happy with Precision's service. From the girl who set up my appointments, to the spring maker who searched for a replacement set of springs, to Nick who made things happen and did a great job. We had a garage door opener break a couple days ago. Contacted Precision as we had heard good things about them. Their technician, Tom, showed up as scheduled on a Sunday (Mothers Day!). He explained our options very well and was done with the installation in a couple hours. He went through everything to make sure all questions were answered. Highly recommend Precision to everyone!

I have used Precision twice now and am extremely impressed with their service. Both times were an emergency in my book. I had to get a whole new belt drive system and just yesterday new springs. Both times the technicians were able to arrive in the time frame given and the jobs were completed the same day with great care and efficiency. I was also give different options on equipment to use. I had previous experience with Precision at another home and decided I would use them again at my current residence. I wanted to install the battery model as with hurricanes and no electricity I am not able to pull open door. I had this installed at previous location and it’s a life savor for me. John was my technician and was prompt, professional and did an excellent job of installing a new motor as the one here was the original. It is super quiet compared to the original door opener, he explained everything to me after the install, programmed my openers and car opener. I would highly recommend Precision and John.

I was not wowed with today's service call ! tech determined within minutes literally a minute that I needed a new motor! I had to suggest he look inside motor at least to determine what he thinks i need ! Not sure if I am still a fan
