Mark called a little later and said he was in the area and he could be there in 5 minutes. He was excellent. Explained everything. He did the work quickly. He explained how to maintain it. Installed the garage door with new motor in August 2022. Installation went smoothly. Today we had a little problem, Precision sent a technician out who fixed the problem immediately and did an awesome job reinforcing the broken bracket.

Good morning Andrew Well I chose your company to repair my garage door spring because of recent television commercials and the promise to come same day. I had asked neighbors who they used and relative costs. A number of companies were recommended with cost of repairs varying from $350-$450 which I thought was reasonable given that Lowes cost for a new spring was just over $140 less my military discount of 10%, I was quite delighted with the repairman who came as he said he was ex-US Navy like myself. Need-less-to-say, i was astounded by the prices he quoted $1400+ down to a final price of $880 to just replace the spring and lubricate the new Spring. I went with this as my last choice as I had to pay nearly $100 just for him coming. I sat down and watched him and it only took him less than 1 Hour to do it all. Again I was shocked at the time and cost. Maybe $400-$500 would have been more than appropriate. So Any and All recommendations will be 100% Negative except for the workmanship. As a member or Rotary, I shall spread this far and wide. A $300 refund would be more than appropriate for a 20 year combat military retiree.

My garage door opener had stopped operating. Before it failed - it was noisy and was not gliding smoothly on the rails. I contacted Precision and was able to quickly get on their schedule. Tom Le the Precision technician arrived at my home on time. Tom was both friendly and knowledgeable. Tom assessed my opener and provided me options and, more importantly, honesty. I selected a LiftMaster ultra-quiet smart opener with a camera and LED lighting. I could not be more satisfied with Precision and their customer service. In addition, my LiftMaster opens and closes the door with less noise than any opener I've ever owned. The LED lighting illuminates the entire garage.

The technician, Nick Alfaro, was very professional and punctual. He checked all the connections in the garage door opener mechanism and found a loose plug that had made the opener inoperable. He reconnected it and checked all of the wires in the opener and now it works fine. Thanks for your help today.

Not impressed by the pressure to spend more money on upgraded springs and rollers. Then told the old springs I had were not the right ones. This door has lasted twenty years. How can you say the springs are not right? Also, I’m not signing off to protect you from legal repercussions due to the door opener and the door being two separate entities. To me they must be balanced and operating together as one. If one is not functioning properly then it must be noted. It’s too bad you allow your lawyers to run your business.

Excellent service from start to finish...in record time. On Monday at 3PM, Mary answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning. By noon, Brian Fixter lived up to his last name! He rebuilt TWO 18-year-old garage doors with new springs, nylon rollers, cables, and lift motors. Now they're smooth and silent. Amazing service and amazing employees who are proud of their company!

We picked Precision Doors due to their excellent reputation. Our technician Mike came out today and we needed him to address the unacceptable noise from our garage door. He not did just that and pointed out that the door was nearly 20 years old. We discussed options to make sure it would still be working in 20 more years. Ended up having rollers and springs replaced so we should be good for a long time. We appreciated that Precision had all necessary parts on the truck. I had dealt with another company at one time but they never returned my call (never got a live person - just answering machines and automated attendants)so needed to look for another company. Precision had a real live person answer the phone. Karen was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the professional service and work done by the technician Doug. Overall - a very good experience.
