Although it cost more than I expected, I ended up with a garage door that opens quietly and with a new garage door opener. I am not sure why a service fee is charged once they are hired to do the job. Only negative. Very nice technician showed up and did a very good job.

Our neighbor was having their door replaced on Tuesday, don't you know the Saturday night before their spring broke and they could not open their door. My service rep, Joe was professional yet friendly. I am pleased with his assessments. I think every thing is OK but I still hear a loud noise when the garage door opens. I'll work with this and see if the noise lessens because when the door open, outside of this noise, it is sooo quiet.
