Brian was professional, gave understandable explanation for the problem at hand, recommended 2 new springs as mine were 13 yrs old , but understood when I could not afford those at this time . He just repaired what was broken which was a belt and a J-arm and emailed me a estimate on 2 new springs for the future . He was thorough and did an inspection on the system , repaired the problems quickly and honored my Angie's List coupon for 10% disc. I will definitely call Precision Doors for any future garage door needs

It's only been installed for a day, but we are super happy with the product and the service. Leigh was the installer; he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction and answer all my questions. I rate this overall as 5, the best. This is the quietest and smoothest operating garage door opener that I have EVER seen! I would recommend it to any and all. We had the new belt drive PDS800 opener installed and nylon rollers. Well worth the price!

We arrived home from a vacation to find our 28-year old garage door with a big crack in it. I am a member of a Facebook group, Venice Florida's Friendly People, and immediately did a search of the group's past postings to find a garage door installer. We interviewed three companies and found Precision Door's visit and quote to be far superior in services and features mentioned. We placed our order and were very happy with our technician Jeremy and his work. The door is beautiful and exactly as promised. He was prompt and professional and there wasn't a smidgen of debris left behind after he was done. We would recommend Precision Door to anyone without hesitation.

Unable to leave this AM because of broken spring and I could not get door open.Called a previous repair contact but they could not do the service today so called Precision. They were able to come at noon (tech called and was running ahead of schedule so came at 11). Very nice young man, explained what he was going to do. Gave me several options. Performed replacement of spring, left no mess and said call if any problems.

Easy to make an appointment within a 2 hour window. The tech explained that I could use general maintenance but was low pressure unlike a instant oil change place. Would use again and highly recommend.
