Our 14 year old garage door was making more noise than usual when opening and closing. Called Precision that morning, and they could have Brian there by 3:30 pm. Brian examined our door, explained the problem areas, and what repairs were needed. Our springs we're rusty, rollers were old, edging guard was destroyed, and a gear in the bushing assembly was worn. Brian worked diligently repairing all those problems, and put up with us asking questions the entire time. We have 5 year warranty on all parts, and our door runs like new....no noise. THANKS

We contacted Precision after another company had not corrected our problem. Precision was a shot in the dark for us as we had neither previous experience nor a recommendation to go on. Website was good, young lady answering phone inquiry was very professional. Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work, diagnosed, explained and showed worn parts etc. Provided various short and long term repair options and pricing. Made our selection, work done quickly, well and cleanly... door works great! Highly recommend the company, thanks Bryan, great job.

5 stars - found Precision door a few yrs ago, was not happy with company I used. Door/misc repair stuff. 1st problem stray cat I feed chewed sensor wires on floor to get out.. Tech(s) were awesome then & now....very nice, knowledgeable, fixed problems I had... No hard sell, sell!!!! (Like A/C & plumbing companies!!!!) Told me any future problems that may occur, on budget, so.....Tech repaired what we thought necessary. Thank you for an efficient fast-response company.

cost of service call. word of mouth positive review by neighbor.Called and service provided within one hour. Would have been unhappy if service not provided by nightfall due to security reason; also problem of Dove which kept flying in to make a nest when the garage door open. Service tech was on the alert and shooed the bird out while doing repair.

5 stars! I called Precision on an emergency basis because the garage door opener wouldn't function. The telephone operator was great and had a technician there within 45 minutes. How great is that! He was very courteous and thorough in fixing the problem and providing an overall evaluation of the operating system. The service charge was surprisingly reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!
