5 STARS. Technician Gaetano repaired the garage door: installed new sensors, aligned and adjusted door. Additionally, he sold me a new remote opener for an electric gate and made it work. Gaetano did the work professionally, quickly and courteously, and the price was reasonable.

You will be given excellent service and the service call price is lower than other companies by a substantial savings. Gaetano was my Tech and he is awesome! My garage door previously cost me quite a bit of money with another company with them replacing parts that had nothing to do with the problem, so I will only use Precision!

The serviceman Gaetano was curteous and polite. He explained what he was doing and told me up front what the cost would be. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND FOUND TECHNICIAN MARK TO BE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEM AND DID A QUICK AND EFFICIENT REPAIR FOR US. HE POINTED OUT THAT THE LIFT CABLES WERE FRAYED AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND HAD HIM DO THOSE AS WELL, DUE TO IT BEING A SAFETY ISSUE.
