We had a later appointment, but an earlier appointment came open. Justin called and asked if it was okay to come by, He did, went straight to work and within a short time, the door was working again. I would gladly call Precision for any door problem, BUT I do not foresee that in the near future. A recommendation would always be FIVE STAR.

Terrific service from your company exceeded our expectations. Joe, our installer, was an ace! He was responsive and knowledgeable. We haven’t used the new operators yet but assume they will work as promised. One suggestion, you need to install light bulbs with new operators.

I was scheduled for Friday afternoon noon - four. No one showed up. I called and the lady said they had double booked the service man. They rescheduled me for the next day and dropped the service call fee. It would have been nice if someone would have called me Friday so I didn't waste 1/2 my day waiting around. The service rep showed up Sat. was very professional and did a great job. Let me know what he was doing and why. Overall was very satisfied with the service but not with the scheduling process. Tom

I called about the ad on tv for wave of service call to see what was wrong with our remote on the outside of the garage. Found out it was the remote and we needed a new one. Because of our limited income from social security we couldn't afford it right now. Mark said we had to pay the service call because we didn't get anything done. we had to spend over $100.00 to have it waved. That wasn't what the ad said. Very disappointed with your company. We wouldn't recommend your company to anyone because of the misrepresentation of the tv ad

the technician did a good job installing my new garage door. He cleaned up. My only comment would be that they should have name tags or uniform. As his appearance was not very professional.

My problem was addressed immediately and I thank you for that. However, the technician was not informed of your latest offer of a free service call if parts were involved. I was charged for the service call and was told to call the office to negotiate. I frankly didn't have the time. Where I'm at now is that my garage door has been inconsistent with a full closure.

We had 3 garage door companies bid on new garage doors, and by far Precision (Leigh) was the most professional, he understood and explained the products, and offered a fair price. We had several followup calls from (Joanna) scheduling an installation date. The day of installation we had a service window between (8-10am) (Javier) was at our door at 8am, was extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Today your installer Javier installed two new garage door on our two garage townhome. Your firm was recommended by our contractor Tom Haggard of Gateway Corporation. Javier did a very professional job and kept working until the job was completed which took longer than originally planned. I particularly appreciated his recommendation of additional trim to complete the job. His instructions on operating both the remotes and key pads were very helpful. Thank you for a job well done.

First, with Alex answering a phone at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday impressed me right away. Second, the appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Excellent! Mark showed “early” at 12 noon and immefiately saw what the problem was, a broken spring. He quickly and thoroughly explained what happened gave me the options to consider and within an hour ....he replaced the spring and all rollers, tightened the chain and then...it was fixed!! Excellent service, professionally handled. I told Mark I would be sure to spread the word and let others know about Precision Door!! Thank you
