Upon our return after being away for some time our double garage door was berely working and then failed completely. Precion sent Jason a terrific technician early the next morning. He installed a new properly powered motor, belt drive replacing a loud outdated drive, replaced worn out rollers and re balanced the springs. The door works perfectly, is now super quiet. The pricing considering the prompt service, quality product and outstanding technician was fair and a good value.

Lee came to my house (earlier than expected and called me first which was great!) Right away he determined that I needed a new sensor and told me the cost. In no time, he had it repaired. He was polite, funny, smart and an animal lover which was great! In the future, I will only use Precision and will ask and hopefully have Lee come, as I think he is exceptional at his job. Never used your company but see your ads on TV and thought of your company first. From the initial call through completion the service was very professional and the technician kept me informed during the evaluation and diagnosis process. As a new owner I wanted our non-working garage door opener fixed and a recommendation on replacing the door. Mark came early because he was in our area, and worked very quickly. He replaced the old rollers and got rid of the old code system, fixed the opener and gave us new remotes. We are very pleased with the fast response, excellent work and reasonableness of the cost.

I will be telling EVERYONE on Social Media and in the public about the invoice I received for fixing my garage door. It hasn't even been a year since I purchased four garage doors from your company (two 2 car garage doors and 2 single doors) and a screw came out of the ceiling (not sure if it was ever in or put in correctly) and I get charged almost $70 to have it fixed. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Makes me wonder if my other garage doors will have problems. Your service guy had to put TWO screws in because the one came out and didn't stay. I will NEVER use your company again for abusing this... we were told there would be NO charge to come out.

We use our garage doors as one would a front door. So it was particularly inconvenient when my wife and I attempted to keep business appointments and the garage door wouldn't open. The usual quick remedies didn't work so I called Precision. Within a couple of hours, Lee arrived, and immediately assessed and identified the problem. Without the usual sharp intakes of breath and phony concern, he explained in detail what the problem was and why it happened, and how he could fix it, which he did with consummate skill and efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, unreservedly.

Once again a great service call issue taken care of by Precision. My appointment was 10-2pm and Mark called at 9:30 or so saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look at the door/equipment and let me know what had happened, what was fixable, and what options were. Once I told him what I wanted he got set up, got to work, and got the door up and running in a very short time. He showed me the broken parts, cleaned up the area and walked me through the billing process. Very professional, very quick service and the door is working perfectly. This is why I'll be using Precision for all of my company's vacation rental homes in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
