I have been using Precision since I bought my house in Osprey after moving here from Boston several years ago. The company is well managed, responsive and its technicians are knowledgeable, couteous, efficient, provide clear explanations and have always been able to implement long lasting solutions to mechanical problems that inevitably arise with automatic garage door openers. The technician dispatched today, Seth, identified and fixed our immediate problem quickly, recommended and installed a useful improvement (bottom protective seal replacement) and was terrific in every respect, I will continue to use Precision and recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Brian Fixter. Was our tech for our service today. He was here on time and called ten minutes before arrival. He was very Pleasent and professional. Brien replaces a hinge and installed new door bottom rubber stripe. Brian expland what he did and charges. Brian is a very god asset for your company, I will recommend Brian and your company to my friends. 5 Stars
