Door looks/Works great! My garage sill/apron concrete is slightly un-even,door rubber does not make constant contact end to end. Installer suggested to my wife”Stuff bottom rubber weather seal with screen gasket to adjust properly”. I paid 1775.00 to have install and all slight adjustments finished! I will contact U tomorrow. Ok .. so first I was surprised that the costs was so much... but on evaluation of the costs, the service was a home run. fast, efficient , informative, and quality of workmanship.. all would get 5 stars.. it didn't because that would mean it's perfect... not perfect.. nothing meets that standard.. but this is as close as it gets... the service person was engaging, professional, friendly and no nonsense " get er done " attitude.. so . I would recommend your Company .. I had a torsional spring that broke and couldn't budge the door .. fixed in about an hour, good job all around .. this includes the gal I talked to, sharp and reactive.. good experience all around

Our service repair person, Alex, perfectly within the window of time that I was given... actually earlier than later which I appreciated. I received a call ahead of time which is also very nice. He has been here before and has always been very professional, knowledgeable and completes the task without interruption. He is honest and not pushy but does recommend what is best for my issue. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any repairs or install on a new or existing garage door. They have always been forthright and do a great job.

Quick response to our door opener not opening our door. Turns out the electric eyes’ wiring was faulty; clearly, too the spring was overwound, and our door seemed weak to me. So what started out to maybe be a $270 repair turned into a $1,295 repair & reinforcement with new struts, new springs, new electric eyes...etc. I feel it is well worth the cost (discounted a by $300+). The door is strong, the springs are new, and...it works! Thanks to Mark - I do trust Precision Door.

EXCELLENT service!!! Tech showed up tight on time, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. Major issue was springs, but also updated rollers, replaced old broken eye and installed remote keypad. Door is amazingly quiet...like NEW!! 5 STAR!!

I called yesterday and Alex came today. He was very polite, knew just what he was doing. He even helped me change the batteries in my keypads. No big repair necessary, so we were only charged a minimal service fee. We were very happy with his service. Would absolutely use them again! Great job Alex!

Alex came out to check out a noise the door was making upon closing. He checked the door from the springs to the rollers and found no real problems except normal wear. He informed me of what to look for when a spring or roller breaks and showed me what parts to lubricate a couple times a year. He emailed a price for replacements when the time comes. Alex was informative and thorough.i appreciate all of his help thanks again Alex

Since the spring replacement repairs the garage door opener has failed to open the door. It has power to the outlet and nothing is working, no light, no opening of the door we can only manually open our door since the $650 repair last week! Could the new spring be too strong for the opener to perform?

Our garage door would not open electronically or manually. I called this morning and was told they would send someone between 9:00 and 12:00. Brett was here at 9:00 sharp. He was polite, neat and did a wonderful job. Another thing that I especially like about this company is that you know the name of the person coming to your home, you have a picture of them, you have the reviews about his/her service and they arrive in a company truck and shirt so it is definitely a comfort factor.
