Hello, being new to the Palmetto area we did not know who to get to fix our garage. After doing a Google search and read a ton of reviews we decided to go with Precision Garage Door. We were extremely pleased with our repair technician, Brian and his knowledge, workmanship and his attitude. He did a fantastic job and if we ever need our garage to be fixed again we will certainly go back to Precision Garage Door ( and ask for Brian). Great job and keep up the good work.

Technician Jason showed up early despite driving distance. He seemed eager to handle a small but complicated fix, involving safety-sensors on our old Craftsman opener. He replaced the sensors just the way I asked, with no pressure to purchase anything else. Also checked the springs and balance of the door.

Although there was much they had to do to repair my garage, they had it done in just a few hours and the garage door works perfectly. You are terrific! I admit it. I first called the company that serviced my garage door last year, but they were not able to schedule me for two full days. They provided no emergency service. Realize, the mechanism that allows the door to operate had detached; there was no way for me to get my car out of the garage and out to an appointment the following afternoon. I called you and was offered an appointment later in the evening but opted, instead, for an appointment the next morning. Mark arrived at the scheduled time and explained precisely what was needed to make the repair; moreover, he showed me how to maintain all the moving parts and gave me the lubricant that should be used. I was very pleased that with these new parts, my garage door is now operating quietly. Most important, I have no fear of the door being dropped on me. Many thanks to Mark for coming to my rescue. Incidentally, both springs and rollers were replaced.

Precision was able to repair our garage door within 24 hours of our calling them, arriving when scheduled (after calling in advance to confirm when they would be here). Their employee (Bret) was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He did a complete safety check of the garage door mechanism and replaced the gasket in less than 15 minutes. The price was reasonable, the service was great and the employee was terrific.

This is the fourth time I have used Precision. The other times were in Connecticut. I was happy with the past work, thought I would give it a try again. I wanted a Lift Master opener. Mark called, arrived early (like that) gave me pricing, for the opener. I wanted a tune up and also nylon wheels. Gave me a complete price as I requested. He was cordial, friendly, completed the work in a timely fashion and did me a favor and helped program the remote I have in the visor of my car. I am pleased with the service, experience and our service rep. Mark. Would recommend Precision to anybody interested....
